Very satisfied with my new car. Got my favorite color- Panda. Specially thanks to Cheng Li, helps me go through all the steps for switching the car. Not so sure about changing my car at first, but the sales man got me a great deal. Happy with my choice, would recommend to my friends.

She is very professional and replay to the customer inquiries in timely manner.
I have to admit that due to nature of my job as a Quality Engineer , I'm so picky person. However, she has a great patience to listen to me and reply by e-mail all the details.

As being said, finally I got my car on 14 jUNE 2019, after two weeks. They did a good job with the expected result.

Best car dealer and service provider for Montreal south shore area. I highly recommend Antoine if you want to get a new car. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always manages to find the best possible solution. We have our second lease with them and on both occasions Antoine was the essential factor in getting the decision. Another reason for coming back is the great after sales service and maintenance options. All in all, we will definitely keep coming back for our next car.

I am so impressed with the service from this dealership! After having such a disappointment with another audi dealership who tried three times to trade my 2019 and build a new sq5 '23. I decided to go to my neighborhood dealership. I was serviced by Sergio Blanco. Within hours we were able to find the exact built I wanted. My new car came to quebec in one month. Good approach to the client.

I am a customer of Audi Brossard for years and recently I’m having few small issues with the services provided by the service department of this very dealer, but none of those would make me write this E-mail.

I have scheduled an appointment for the very first scheduled service of my new Q7 2023, first of all the Sales team is simply GREAT, but The Service department is managed incredibly inappropriate.

I brought in my New Q7 for the first scheduled service, the dealership handed me my vehicle with check engin light on, luckily I have noticed the issue before leaving the parking lot.( This is zero star service, since the lady ask me is it the check engin light before I said anything, this is not responsible at all).

I came in the morning at 9AM, still waiting after 3 hours….. the worst was the staffs have handed my vehicle to me the second time just before the mechanic went on lunch, as I have started the vehicle, the check engin light was still there, then the adviser told me that the mechanics went on lunch. In my opinion It seems there is no more black and white, we are working in the grey area.

However, the whole thing was unexpectedly happened, such a big disappointment because the trust is on the edge to break .

May be I am just unlucky today, but I’m not even mad at the issue itself. Things can happen but the problem solving process needs a serious attention.

It is a Friday morning, plans are ruined I was told one hour and half to two hours of wait time but after almost 5 hours I’m still writing this E-mail to you (I went to check what is happening to my vehicle at around 12:40)…(my vehicle was still at the parking lot)…(after alert the adviser, the vehicle is finally in the garage)dozen of mins later…;

I was told to wait because the mistake may take another few hours to resolve or I can leave with the engin check lights on and come back another day, really? I cannot leave before it’s resolved because I don’t what the outcomes may be.

At the same time I would not rush the mechanics, things can go worse if the mechanics are stressed, most importantly is safety.

In the end it was worth waiting, I had a chance to be ask by the management and They seem care a lot of the business. They made sure that I left without any worries about the safety of the vehicle.

Human mistakes are not avoidable, try to chose a day where you have less things planed ahead.
