This rating is specifically for Michael Hill. Their kitchen and appliances sales man. If you want to buy kitchen appliances or any appliances in general. This is the gentleman you need to ask for. Michael is quintessential to what a salesman should be. He at no point pressures you. Listens carefully and has indepth knowledge on his products. We spent over 11K on appliances at the store and the only reason we did was because of the support and the way we were treated by Michael. He was patient with us as we asked details on mutiple different brands and products. He at no point pressured us for the sale and in fact on multiple occasions dissuaded us from getting more expensive options. He also asked us to go back and do our own research on the products. Furthermore, once we did complete our purchase, we did not just hand us off to the post service team. He helped us with updates on our delivery and when one of our appliances was on backorder, he checked to see the inventory and scheduled a delivery for us, rather than us having to call their service center(which is horrible ) and schedule some time. If you decide to purchase appliances, ask for Michael HIll. With Michael, you will feel appreciated, and wont be hassled or pressurized to make a purchase.

A big store where you can touch all things before you buy. They have a great offer these days and we had the chance to be assisted by a very nice employee which explained all the terms and conditions! Definitely better than shopping online after looking at the pictures only!
