I recently purchased a 2019 RX 350 Luxury edition from Vitali Vernega. He was extemely professional and couteous satisfied all my concerns and demands. He allowed for my inspector to come on site to inspect the vehicle and allowed me to choose my make of new summer tires to go with the vehicle. I would highly recommend you go see him for a vehicle.

So my 1st experience buying a vehicle at this dealership has tough me an important lesson: sometimes, things may not be 100% perfect but what truly matters is whether the company cares about their clients or not… AND THEY DO! 🙂 I had a few concerns following the purchase of my car a few months ago and I am happy to report that the customer service I received was excellent and truly made the difference for me. My concerns were addressed promptly and I felt important as a customer, which is a treat nowadays! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not just a product, but for great aftercare as well.

My wife recommended that I go see a vehicle at park avenue occasion. So I took an appointment and met Vitali. He showed me two Mercedes that both fit my needs and quite honestly I wanted to leave with both. Since this is not quite how life works he helped me through this difficult choice. Then I met the finance specialist Helene who guides me through the financing and warranty information. I have to say what a competent and friendly group of coworkers. I bought Honda Civic Hatchback 2018. I did lots of research to find a car that would meet my budget (almost for 2 months) and I found it at Le Méga Centre Park Avenue La Prairie. I love my car and it was a nice experience to go through the process with Jerry St-Vil. He was a very kind laid back type of person. I was a little intimidated before going there but I was really comfortable with hm. I had to contact him for a little issue after purchasing the car but he was as sincere as before the purchase. Over all, I had a very good experience with this company.

Very very happy. Very professional and personable staff. I went in with all my doubts about getting financed, as I was denied at a couple other places. Not the case here. Hélène is a finance master and I was approved and for first chance, no problems. Really made me feel great. The car that I took (2014 Ford Escape) was extremely clean and in good shape for the price. Jaime my salesman was extremely honest and nice, very professional and very helpful, I really felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Will be back to trade that one in and get another when my time is up that is for sure!

Just finished a relatively complex trade of 2 vehicles for 2 other vehicles of similar overall value. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and responsive to our needs, and worked hard to find solutions to enable the deal to happen.

Also, one of the vehicles we were buying had a dent that looked like it would be impossible to repair well, but David (the manager) brought in an outside specialist who is a wizard, he made it look perfect.

Special thanks to William who helped us find the right vehicles, and to David for making the financials work and for going over and above to ensure the vehicles met his own high standards (particularly on getting the dent fixed).

THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER... I tried more than 20 dealerships in Montreal, and I strongly believe that this dealership is the best one. They are so nice, helpful, and trustworthy. Their prices and services are perfect and better than all of the dealerships that I know. I had a great experience there with Alex, Andrea, and Jacob. (However I am not sure about the spell of Jacob).

Had a great experience buying our new car here. Our salesman Justin Bouchard was happy to walk the lot with us and find us exactly what we were looking for with all my weird requests and quirks.
He and Emma made it extremely easy to trade in our old car and get our new car, doing all the complicated paperwork and transfers leaving us with a relaxed and fun experience and everything was taken care of in less than 24 hrs. We couldn’t be happier.

I am normally always sceptical with car salesman but wow it was the easiest and least pressuring purchase. Everything is as they explained and the salesman Sam was great never pressured me into a sale and met me half way for a great deal. The financing lady Hélène was also great, she explained every detail as I requested. They were always truthful every step of the way which was #1 for me. I Will definitely come back in a year or 2 for an SUV if available.

They did not add too much pressure and they were very patient. They did not talk down to me or treat me any differently even thought I'm a 24 year old young adult.

***I ALSO actually signed for a mercedes, and for logistic reasons I had to cancel.
They were very understanding after I explained my situation and they even let me come back and get my down payment deposit back.
