Fantastic experience so far! My partner and I purchased a used car from Marc from out of town (Ottawa). Marc was completely helpful in arranging things over the phone, text, and email and was very pleasant to buy from. Not pushy at all and a fair negotiation took place. Upon arrival we were greeted with cold water and took delivery of the car. As we drove back to Ottawa we noticed that the “service now” warning came on, a genuine mistake the dealership made, but they took it very seriously and arranged to have the car service at my earliest convenience. Mike, in the service department, has to be the nicest guy I’ve ever spoke with in his line of work. He was friendly, honest, and provided a few solutions to a small hiccup we had with the active exhaust valve. Id buy a car from this group again in a heartbeat.

Had an Amazing experience with Mr. Pedram Assadi, he took care of me like family, very hands on, knows very well product and was able to guide me through the purchase of my 2019 Range Rover Velar.

Very good service from Yves at Jaguar, was particularly happy about the honesty of the pricing, no hidden fees, what you see is what you get.
As an added bonus they’re was winter tires included with my lease that I was not aware of, at the delivery they had put me the tires in the trunk, they could of easily kept them and sold them instead. Thanks for the honesty, it’s very refreshing.

Jaguar / Land Rover Brossard saved me over 10s of thousands!!!

I brought a sports car I was interested in buying to Brossard Jaguar for a pre-purchase inspection. After finding many expensive issues, they called me to ask if they should keep going? I declined to continue the inspection as the issues they found were already enough to cancel my purchase.

This is my third time leasing a JLR with JAGUAR BROSSARD, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership. Specially, I had great help from Isabelle Viau (After Sale Specialist from service dept. and vehicle maintence) who always took the time to provide an exceptional customer service. Great staff, have strong values such as integrity and collaboration, and have a good relational approach towards their clientele. Overall great service, would definitely recommend!

After some inconvenience, thanks to amazing cooperation of Marylou, I got my desirable car delivered. I am so happy to deal with Madam Marylou. Although she was not responsible for everything, she did her best to make me satisfied.
