Great Service, Great Car, Great Experience. Mo and Isabelle provided a well personalized service. It allowed me to get the ideal vehicle fresh off the boat. And speaking of the vehicle, the 2019 Jetta is probably the best balanced platform for day to day use. Premium car drive and comfort at mid-range costs, and the mileage... below 5 liter/100km on regular gas. Many tanks to Park Avenue VW for the truly unique experience.

David Giguère was our salesman. My wife, Anna, and I worked with David for over a 3 week process deciding if this was the car for us or not. After some indecision on our part we decided to buy the 2015 GTI Autobahn edition. David arranged to have the windshield repaired and a new set of tires installed. He also arranged for a front license plate bracket be secures as we would need one for Ontario. What a kind, thoughtful and caring individual we could never imagined. I asked David laterly if he could secure is an English language GTI user's manual and he is on the hunt.

I have a Tiguan that I purchased from VW agency about 3 years back and it is in brilliant condition. I have trouble with the AC unit as each summer the car was out of gas and I have to take it to the agency for gas top up. This year, as the expiry of the warranty was looming, the service department representative, Mr. Damien Claeys, suggested that i leave the car overnight to make a thorough check to get to the root cause of leak . Consequently, the issue was dianosed, parts ordered and the repair completed. While at it, they found a hairy crack in one of the oil tubes and replaced it (didn't know about it).
I want to thank Mr. Damien and the service department for their concern and the extended support they provided.

We dealt with this dealership for repairs that were under warranty for a VW that I didn’t event bought there. They had no direct benefit with us, per say, and they still delivered a great service. I dealt with Simon and he was very polite, comprehensive, collaborative and efficient. Due to this experience, I will definitely think of this place when we will be due to purchase a new car.

Amazing customer service.
I went recently for tire swapping. I was worried when some marks on the car were not gone even after latest car wash at gas station.
The service desk manager was kind enough to clean dirt spots on my new Jetta himself(he didn't had to) . Told me oil change is not needed when the car was showing error. Answered all my questions. All in all a very good experience.
