Easy to find parking. You have a machine to buy tickets, a washroom, always ontime buses (at least based on my experience). absolute no complaints.

Je ne comprend pas depuis 2 semaines a tous les soirs l'autobus 341 de 16h28 arrive 20 mins en retard et vendredi ca été le pire ... L'autobus de 16h28 et 17h30 n'ont jamais passés... J'ai dû attendre 2h au métro de Longueuil... Quand j'ai appelé au service a la clientèle... Ils m'ont repondu n'importe quoi en me disant que le retard est causé par des accidents mais c'est pas ça... Les autres autobus qui passait à la même place sont venus chercher les passagers... Mais nous on a attendu 2h!!!! Le service laisse à désirer!!!!

Buses do not show up on time ! And it happened to me numerous times that I get there from panama and the next bus just leaves the station right in front of our eyes as we set foot out of the one bringing us from panama to la praire , there should be an overlap of at least 5 minutes between the bus that gets there from panama and the other one that takes same passengers to la praire !!!!

The ones making the schedule have ZERO care for the people who take the buses !

Can any body suggest if its easy to get parking at this bus station in morning rush hours?around 7-9 am .Also in winter if the snow gets removed quickly?
