We have been to Adams Lake Camp ground many times! We absolutely love it! The sites are large and private, washrooms close and parks for the kids to play in. We love the beach but the walk back is uphill and as we get older it gets harder lol. Love the hiking trails!!

I've stayed in this campground twice. (Lakeview) Once towards the treed side and one towards the lake. Both beautiful sites, quite, peaceful, with the loon songs surrounding you and the call of the coyotes at night, you will for sure feel in nature. Playground at the main campground and a very small store that needs more stocking. Overall a very nice stay.

This campground was beautiful and full of bird song. Most of the sites there were very private and well-maintained. If you plan on camping in that area I would definitely suggest bringing a canoe or your preferred watercraft as there is plenty of lakes and scenic views to enjoy.

Peaceful getaway for the family! We had a electrical site which was well maintained, the washrooms and showers clean. It was a nice surprise to not have to pay for the firewood. Make sure you bring coins to purchase your shower time! The beach was decent with the exception for the number of leaches in the water.

Wonderful campground. Nice trails for hiking or biking (a bit hilly), nice beach and playgrounds, nice kayaking (fairly shallow lake). We had a great time up here.

Don't bother getting a US plan while you camp here, enjoy being disconnected for a week, it's good for your soul. Trust me...

An absolutely beautiful campground! We had camped here a number of years ago with a pop up trailer and now have a 5th wheel. It was one of the easiest back ons we've ever had with a little bit bigger roadway to work with. We had electric and water. Very level campsite, no adjustment necessary. Fully treed private site. There was a store for buying wood and ice. It was so peaceful. We were there on a Sunday and Monday so maybe that's why it was quiet. We did a drive through and took a walk to the beach. Very clean and a nice play structure for families. Very close to the border so be careful with your phone to avoid roaming charges. We had lunch in Boissevain, only a 10 minute or so drive. International Peace Gardens, just 3 kilometers away. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful rustic campsite without cellular service. I stayed in the Lakeview Bay loop (about 2km south of the main entrance). Firewood was provided. The photo I uploaded to the Google profile for the campground is site #6 in Lakeview Bay. If you want a good hammock site, try #8 in Lakeview Bay. I also checked out the sites at International Peace Garden but I found they were much nicer here. I did not get to try the trails but there were many long, groomed, trails for hiking. I will probably go back. Watch out for geese on the roads nearby. Mosquito level was low/medium. Lots of bird sounds even though you hear the occasional truck on the highway.

I have tented at the Adam Lake Campground twice in 2022 and have really enjoyed it!

My favourite spot is site #6 in Lakeview Bay, which is just a short drive (2 km) south of the main campground, right before the US border. It’s a beautiful and scenic basic campsite with amazing views overlooking the lake. The summer sunsets are incredible! Lakeview Bay is quiet and small and has one basic outhouse washroom building and a water tap (though there is a sign saying that the water here is not good for drinking, so fill up at the main campground). The campsites are nicely shaded and forested and offer privacy from the neighbours. There is a dock over the lake and boat launch as well.

At the main campground, you can access a nice sandy beach area and a variety of trails. I really enjoyed the Wildlife Self-Guiding Trail which is a 2 km loop leading through forest and over boardwalks to a viewing tower overlooking the lake and marsh areas. There is also a fun fitness trail with a variety of strength and balance exercise stations along the forested trail. There are many other trails starting from this point in the campground as well. I also recommend driving 20 minutes to the nearby William Lake Campground to hike the Turtle’s Back Trail. It’s a moderately challenging hike with beautiful views at a lookout tower. The lake is also gorgeous and there is a beach area and dock there as well.

The cell service in the campground is limited and my cell phone automatically picked up on US cell providers, so make sure you have roaming off if you don’t want to get extra charges. The main campground has a small store near the beach where you can buy firewood for $15 a bag, along with some snacks and small items. The nearest town with more services is Boissevain which is 20 minutes north of the campground.

This campground and park is generally lesser visited than other more popular parks in the province which I loved. It was peaceful and beautiful and offered a variety of outdoor activities. Will definitely be returning next season!

Beautiful camp ground! Flush toilets and coin operated showers. Generous size sites, surrounded by trees and bush, makes it feel like your own oasis.
