I had emailed to book an appointment about two weeks in advance - Emma was very prompt in getting back to me and setting up and confirming my appointment date/time. The appointment itself was great - the employees were on-time (early, in fact, which is excellent), masked up and very efficient! Overall, I'm very happy with the service we received.
