I had excellent service from Kristi at Carlson Wagonlit Travel Port Credit Mississauga. Although I had an issue while I was away, she made sure to follow up with me and did all she could to help resolve the matter. I would definitely use this travel agency in the future.

Nice office space

I booked my destination wedding thru CWT. Initially everything went smooth. I requested a meeting with Angie. She seemed great. She answered all of my questions. I had gone very early, over a year before my wedding. So we decided to go with her.

Later as the wedding came up, I contacted her frequently for questions via email and phone. I happened to work in the same building as the CWT. So I stop on by and see it is permanently closed. Angie finally emails me back after much panic, they closed but everything was a go. She would just communicate via email. Except she never emailed back! I eventually just gave up and let my husband deal with her to get our questions answered.

All of our guest were provided with poor service as well. Angie is great to talk to very cheery and happy, the problem was that she never got back to anyone's emails, questions, itineraries....

I would not recommend CWT to anyone booking a destination wedding. Luckily the resort I booked at had a lovely wedding team and my wedding was unaffected.

The program manager here needs better service and skills, also kind of a rip off when compared to other agencies.

Had a call with one of the travel agent called Amy. She was the worst.
I’m not doing business with them anymore.

They never pick up the phone. Useless.
