I have had an amazing experience with the HSBC Team specifically at the Spadina Ave. location. Both Ivan Kwok and Virgina Choi have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond to help! Ivan is very smart and patient, he has helped solve my banking issues as a global Premier customer which other countries were not able to do. Virgina was such a delight to meet and so helpful that even though I had an account with another bank since I was 10, I opened one with her and it was the best decision I've made.

I am so impressed by their services at this branch, it was beyond of my expectation. I went at the branch without appointment to open an International account. It was taken care by Jessie Yu in minutes with full attention and details, awesome service was given to me.

My experience has been very good so far. Everything I needed has been done in time, with respect and attention that I lacked in other banks.

We had to stop in to take care of some things with the bank and the staff could not have been nicer. The service was excellent.

There is a teller named Penney that was very helpful and professional.

Davis was very helpful when I opened my account.

Teller was extremely helpful with resolving my urgent issue

So many kindnesses and patience to me during the service. She helped me to solve a lot of problems and satisfy my needs. I am from Hk and new to Canada, it helps me a lot!

But another young female staff the attitude was bad, no patience, rude and not professional. She is also Hk people, but I don’t know why she’s like refusing to help people from HK.Hope to be improving later.

Rapid service in the morning on Saturdays. But they didn't check my id when I hand my card over to them, which they always do in other branches. I don't recommend to come here for security reasons.

Poor customer service. They don't have convenient locations and will gouge you with ridiculous service charges. If you're looking to open a new bank account somewhere, look elsewhere.

Do not trust this branch with your money. Their conducts are highly unethical. They are currently refusing to release my funds to RBC and I am very worried at this point. Tom Huang is a cheat and a bully. Do not trust any words they say, one day someone will sue this branch.
