The worst branch, I went to this branch to close my checking account and asked me for a monthly fee of $17, and I'm pretty sure I don't need to pay for that. Later I went to another branch at Steel & 404, and they quickly helped me solve the problem without any charge.

Wasted so much time with this bank regarding my investments. Staff is incapable of understanding what biweekly cycle i want for my investments. They confirm a transfer and still 3 days later not reflecting.
I am never recommending someone this branch. Wasted well over 4 hours here for nothing.

Went there for a mortgage pre-approval and advisor Rajvir Minhas was not very helpful and made some unfriendly comments regarding our application. Ended up requesting for another advisor, but poor customer service overall, I would not recommend this branch.

Rajvir Minhas is the worst advisor I have ever seen. unprofessional, impatient,provide ambiguous info to fool customer....the only think she knows to do is waste your time and give your a bad mood

Advisor Louis Minn does not return any calls, poor customer service from previous advisors overall. Inconvenient hours.
