I came in and admitted I was just there out of curiosity. No intention of buying. Store manager, (who's name escapes me, sorry) was amazing. I'm the inquisitive type and asked a bunch of questions and she took the time to thoroughly answer them all like it was no bother. She even went as far as volunteered more information which made me feel like she was not just humoring me but genuinely was happy to talk about the products, the company and her career there. I can only imagine what it would be like if I was actually in need of something there! Impeccable service at a type of store that doesn't actually require it. So many shop there out of workplace necessity and have no choice to buy something there so that level of service is impressive. I have high standards because I've personally been in retail for 20 years. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to fulfill their safety shoe needs.

Store Assistant Manager Terry was welcoming and recommended clearance work shoes when he noticed that I have no company insurance policy. Service was prompt, informative and he did not upsell me, rather he looked after my best interests on choosing a lighter work shoe and a cheaper price.

A good place to shop for your safety protection needs. You might not find everything here but for sure you would get excellent help and advices from its friendly staff.

Great service here, they followed up (unprompted) with an inquiry by email to make sure I was kept up to date on availability of products.

When I returned, the knowledge and guidance of the Assistant Manager about what I actually needed instead of wanted was appreciated, not directing me to the most expensive shoes, but specifically what was best for my needs.

Visited the Markham store in Sep 2023 and was provided with exceptional customer service by Terry who is extremely knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend visiting them if you are looking for safety gear.

Ulrika was very friendly and nice, she honered a company discount and, very thorough through all the process too make sure I'm getting a proper and comfortable shoes.

One of the best shoe purchase customer experience ever. I have really wide foot even by wide standards. Terry helped me and practically flipped the entire store upside down to find a shoe that actually fits my ogre shaped feet. Highly recommend, Terry will find your fit no matter the circumstances.

I came in quickly because I need black steel toe shoes. Was quickly greeted by an amazing man Terry. He showed me numerous options that I had and what type of shoe style would work better in certain circumstances. I picked out a boot and I love them they’re super comfortable. He even reached out to wish me luck on my program. This place will forever now be my go to. I appreciate you Terry for real!

Went in there having no idea what I wanted — within 5 minutes terry brought out a pair that he recommended - right away they were extremely comfy and lightweight - a perfect fit! These 5 stars goes straight to Terry for his amazing customer service !!! He heard me talking about pink shoes laces with my boyfriend, 2 mins later he comes out with a pair of pink laces and puts them on for me without me even asking- simply amazing!! He made me excited to go to work the next day and rock my pink shoes!😁😁 -

This afternoon I came in looking for a new pair of work boots to replace a pair that was not comfortable, I was welcomed by Terry who helped me out and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In future I will be strictly purchasing all boots from this location.

Terry was AMAZING. Nothing short of expertise and patience while I spent an hour trying to decide on the shoes and pants to purchase. I was able to get my steeled toed CSA approved boots in black and stretchy tactical pants in black as well. Great selection, great service! Thank you Terry for your wealth of knowledge!!
