TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I rarely write reviews but this is an exception. I had a complicated scenario that I had to deal with between different banking institutions and I was grateful to have Jonathan help me out with this transaction. He was super helpful and knowledgeable but still very attentive (the branch was busy at both times of the day that I stopped by and he was constantly dealing with other requests). Thanks again and I appreciate this level of customer service from my bank.

ATM's are located in a temperature controlled area, useful when the weather gets a bit difficult 🙂

Amazing customer service! I had a terrible experience at a neighbouring TD (Wilson and Bathurst - never again) and mentioned it to the TD rep Jonathan (Bathurst and Sheppard location). Not only was he compassionate and apologetic, but he also reversed my position on whether I would be continuing with TD. Jonathan was amazing and deserves a shout out!

Excellent customer service here. Not only were we let in really fast, but the teller was patient and accommodating. Had something really frustrating happen with changing my name with TD and they gave us step-by-step advice on what to do and even a timeline of when to expect it all to happen. I was really happy about my experience and would not mind coming back here again.

I recently visited the branch and was assisted by an advisor named Soo. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by her willingness to help but most importantly, to listen to me first before making assumptions. It's refreshing and encouraging to meet people like this. Keep up the good work Soo!

I scheduled an appointment in advance which saved me from waiting in the big line outside. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and polite.

Access to the ATM is open as usual with 2 of 3 machines operating to meet social distancing requirements

Excellent service very nice staff..however their is a guy named Amir as a teller he is awesome.. Very helpful
