Absolutely amazing. The team were attentive to my needs and took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me so that it made sense. They took the time to price multiple options to make sure that I was getting what I need with the best advice to prepare for the future.

Our company was looking for a unique camera solution that would work in our high heat manufacturing facility and Luke with his team accommodated us every step of the way. Luke came to our shop to make sure our requirements would be met and get us set up with a system that would work for the process we had in mind. Eagle Eye staff was onsite at our business to complete a door pass card system and surveillance cameras. They both did an incredible job along with their team. The team completed the installation and service in the promised time span. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and are seasoned professionals in their disciplines. They are making their way through our commercial building portfolio to install security cameras on all of our buildings, as well as our residential properties. The installs are completed quickly and efficiently with no impact to our tenants or their business. The follow-up service is exceptional; Luke is always willing to stop by and/or to analyze and prioritize footage with our staff, tenants, or police services when required. Highly recommend.

Had Luke come out and quote my 4 plex in the Beverly area for an 8 camera system. Truth be told, they were not the cheapest quote I received, but man did they have a great product, an excellent installation team, and follow up on the original quote and training was stellar. Service was just amazing and lets be honest; you get what you pay for. So happy to shell out a little bit more for better product and amazing service. All day long. Overall, just an amazing experience from the team at Eagle Eye. Strongly recommend.

Luke and his team looked after installing security cameras throughout our property. We met with Luke and Will and other staff on more than one occasion before we even signed a contract for the work to be done, and their patience making sure all of us understood what was going to happen was wonderful. We are a Condo Board of volunteers with very different careers than cameras/security etc. and greatly appreciated their explanations. Emails were/are answered within a few hours even on weekends, and they were quiet and clean when setting up our system. Definitely would recommend them, particularly for their customer service, which is rare these days.

I've used Eagle Eye to install a state of the art commercial surveillance system at our facility. Their team from sales to install was fantastic to work with and I have not had an issue with it yet, even in consistent -30 weather. After the install I used them personally to install cameras at our acreage just outside of the city. Good price for great service and product!
