Sofa Land

My wife and I recently went in looking to replace our old couch, love seat, and chair. We had the opportunity to work with Stephanie, and it was a great experience. Her knowledge was second to none, and coupled with her commitment to find us the right furniture was a blessing. We felt no pressure at all and were able to enjoy sitting in "our" furniture enjoying a bottle of water while the paperwork was finalized. Our chairs arrived today, and we're looking forward to our sofa arriving. Will definitely be back after our sofa arrives for a table to complete the room. The selection in the store is amazing. From start to finish, Tara was incredible to work with. She was patient, informative, and kind. Not pushy or high pressure at all. It's difficult to have a good sales experience these days, so working with her was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely consider additional purchases here in the future for our furniture needs!

Stephanie was great to deal with, very welcoming and not “salesy”. After we selected the couch style we wanted, we were able to sign out multiple fabrics to see them in our own home before selecting. She was able to answer additional questions on the customization and we never felt pressured to make decisions. Once we were ready to purchase, the process was painless and efficient. She went through our entire order to ensure we had everything correct and provided all the information regarding timeline expectations, pricing, warranties, etc. upfront without asking. Would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to purchase some new furniture.

I recently purchased a 3 seats recliner (Eaton) from Sofa Land and I was very impressed by their customer services. Being from out of town, Tara provided us with all the information and photos we needed to make an inform decision on the sofa we were interested in buying to match other furniture we already had in our home. Although she was not present when we visited the store, we were greeted professionally by Janice. Happy by the what we seen in store, we decided to buy the sofa. The delivery was offered but because of our location we prefer to pick it up ourself at the warehouse in Edmonton south. Again the staffs working there was very nice and professional. We now have our sofa at home and it is perfect. Thanks Sofa Land in Sherwood Park, what a great team!

First off I want to say how friendly, professional, and responsive the associates are at Sofa Land. From “test driving” the comfiest couches I have ever sat on, to the simplified ordering process it’s been a dream. Stephanie went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed. After taking measurements in our home and confirming which configuration would work I texted Stephanie what I required and she sent all the info and I was able to pay online. Even better…. They have rural delivery. Couldn’t recommend a better place to furnish your entire your living room!

Tara and the staff at Sofa Land were amazing. Tara visited our home to provide consultation and advice regarding furniture and decorating ideas. Tara was very in tuned to our needs and style. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. It is obvious that she loves interior design and helping people.

Our shopping experience with Matt assisting us was seamless! He was knowledgeable and very personable and we highly recommend anyone shopping there for your next furniture purchase! We love the durability and look of our new area rug and are eagerly waiting for our sectional to be delivered!

I visited a few other Sofalands in Edmonton before I realized there was a sofaland in Sherwood Park.

I ended up stopping in 20 minutes before they closed. I went in just wanting to ask a few questions, and totally expected them to be irritated I came in right as they were closing. I was met by Janice who assured me she was in no hurry to leave and would stay as long as I needed. She answered all my questions and I promised to be back in the next day so she could go home.

I went in the next day (Sunday) and ordered my 2 chairs. Everyone was so kind and the process was so simple and quick. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Janice told me my chairs were slated for delivery in April. I got the call 4 DAYS later they were in and delivering in 3 days. Super quick service!

We went in looking for a couch, all of the sale associates were amazing and so kind. Janice worked with us to find the perfect couch and made the whole process seamless. We ended up going back to get a leather chair which she was able to reserve for us so we could go in on the weekend to buy. Will definitely be back to outfit our basement!

We would like to thank Matt for helping us choose our sectional. So knowledgeable about the fabrics and he made it easy even when my husband wasn’t understanding the configuration. Matt had to work extra hard for that lol. Fantastic furniture choices and equally fantastic staff.

Matt was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and more. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He made the experience fun, not stressful and we did not feel pressured at all. Would recommend him to friends and family for sure.
I shopped around at alot of different furniture stores/warehouses and either the couches were uncomfortable or the fabric was stiff and didn't feel right. Or the prices were just outrageous. But when I came to sofaland I was not stalked by the employees and was able to look around comfortably and matt approached us asked what we were looking for, gave us direction and let us go, until we were ready with questions.

A big Thank you to Janice Spurling for her time and patience with me when searching for the perfect chair for my new home. I did not feel rushed as I went back to Sofa Land numerous times before making a decision. Janice noted the pros and cons for my purpose on each chair before I settled on the ones that fit our needs most appropriately. Furniture is a big investment and it is appreciated to not be rushed into a purchase that you may regret later on. I would highly recommend Janice for your furniture needs in the future.

We bought our sofa through Tara and she was easy to work with and helped us find what we were looking for. Aside from great, friendly service in store, the delivery team was prompt, kind and professional. Great service from beginning to end. Would recommend.

If you are looking for new furniture of all kinds, you must give Sofaland in Sherwood Park a try. We have purchased three power recliners and love them all. More importantly, the people and service have been excellent. Case in point, a warranty claim on one chair. The technician was right on time and there was no cost to us…even though we live 50 kms east of Sherwood Park. You can’t expect more than that! Special shoutout to Samira and Matthew for excellent customer service. We will be back!

I consider Sofaland to be my go to spot for furniture now. High quality items, nice bright and open show room and knowledgeable staff! Tara in Sherwood Park was excellent and worked with me over several appointments to make sure I got what I wanted.

My first visit to Emerald Hills Sofa Land was really enjoyable. I had a quick rapport with Jeffrey, he spent time to show me different options. My second visit was with Janice and Jeffrey. I made my purchases. A week or so later I needed to change my mind, since I did not order a custom piece and would not receive it for several months, I could change my mind and ordered something completely different. FYI, my very first experience with Sofa Land was 30 years ago when my husband and I bought two love-seats! Thank you for still being here!

Recently purchased two separate sectional orders from Sofa Land. From browsing the store all the way through to delivery day; it has been nothing but a great experience. Their online shipment tracker was also a great tool to use day of. Shoutout to Matthew who has been our go-to sales guy; his knowledge of all products as well as just being a friendly person has always left us happy. We look forward to buying more furniture from here again.
