Merci à Dominic et toute l'équipe pour l'accompagnement dans la vente de ma maison. J'ai aussi eu la chance d'acheter ma nouvelle demeure avec Dominic et je suis plus que satisfaite.

Dominic m'a bien guider et conseillé ce qui m'a permis de continuer mes activités quotidiennes sans avoir à me soucier des transactions. Un gros merci pour l'excellent service!! Je le recommande fortement !

Initial experience was decent. We viewed a home with Josh on lac mcgregor and had limited experience with Québec realestate. We didn’t have a agent on the Quebec side and decided that property wasn’t for us but continued using Josh because he already showed us one property. We had a unique idea. We wanted to find a cottage property that could allow short term rentals. Josh would set viewings up when we requested. There was no proactive search’s or information gathering. We gave a very heathy budget. This annoyed me because our commison payout should be worth more then just driving to show us properties (we found) and booking a visit. We finally came to a purchase. That was a disaster. There was a lot question about the waterfront. We requested pictures and received non so we cancelled the purchase. My wife and I were still in love with the property so I contacted the seller directly and they sent pictures within minutes. Left us feeling Josh didn’t even try. Now at this point we restart the purchase and are having issue with our Ontario bank and needed extra time. Instead of asking for another 2 weeks and giving time he just kept extended every two days upsetting the buyers. Everything wrapped up and was stressful. Now we take possession of this property and no congrats or communication/thank you. We also had issues such as outdoor speakers that were attached to the home were removed, wine fridge broken, light fixtures removed, and dryer belt broken. I tried to ask him for guidance as we haven’t dealt in Quebec before. By the time I figured out what needed to be done the time limit for reporting was gone. Top it off there was a deck with a open permit that wasn’t closed. Now we are having to conform to close it at great cost..
