Hands down best customer service, period. Kind, respectful, informative, helpful, organized and very chill. I’ve been 3 times and had excellent stress free positive experiences each time. They even recognize their customers and what equipment belongs to who … awesome job team 🥳🥳

Phil and Tim provided my ski binding install and boot molding/adjustments at a very reasonable price and at a faster turnaround than any other shop in the ottawa area! All the other customers looked like they left with similarity good experiences while I was there. Would recommend!

Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable staff! Went in for a quick bindings purchase and mount, and was thoroughly impressed by Tim's (I think) knowledge of alpine skis. He had some great insight on ski tech! Highly recommend 👌

Shout out to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Kunstadt. I brought in a used bike, and they took a look and serviced it quickly for a tune up- I think they could tell how excited I was because I was even able to pick it up the same day! They were extremely knowledge and put aside what I had asked for, and took the time to explain and help me pick out product. I had a great experience getting my bike serviced and shopping, I look forward to coming back! Thanks for everything!

Incredible service by Filip - dont think I could have asked for better. Helped me choose an affordable and practical pair of ski boots to replace my old... Patiently custom fit them - and serviced my skis while I waited.

A remarkable number of satisifed customers came and went from this small store while I was there - another indication that I'm not the only one to get this kind of service.

Spent most of my Friday afternoon at the store, shopping then getting a fully customized and molded pair of new ski boots. Tim is just the most welcoming guy around, and Phil is the artist...ensuring the custom fitting is perfect. Guys, thank you, had a blast. Looking forward to hit the slopes!

A little story to say how this is a great store…..

I bought a pair of Nordica boots from them. A “High-tech” heated model (Nordica Elite HF). The heater on one boot failed (but this is a great boot). As the new ski season (2021-22) approached, I was getting nervous. Chatted with them and in the end (with no pressure from me) Kunstadt insured that I had a new set of identical boots. OK! This is a great store that cares about their customers. Very impressed.

Side note: I would buy this boot again in a flash, but likely just buy heated socks separately, as opposed to integrated heaters in the boot. And I would of course buy from Kunstadt... Great service and customer support.

Amazing service! A couple weeks ago I snapped a ski - I went in to Kunstadt in Chelsea. I had great service from a couple guys (one named Eric??) - they took the time to ensure the ski was right for me. I ended up walking out with a pair of Fishers and they've been perfect. Keep up the good work!

A+ service from Filip at Kunstadt; he fitted me a pair of ski boots for me and my daughter ; punched them out and increased flex for me and fixed the bunion issue she had; they fit and perform perfectly.

I also had Eric sharpen and wax 3 pairs of skis for us. Again, an exemplary job and above all amazing customer service.

I have to say I had the best service from Eric and Fil. I came in looking for new skis and boots. They listened, made suggestions, and Fil custom-fitted my boots (nasty bunion!) on the spot. Just had my first day of skiing on the new equipment (Dynastar Omeglass skis and Lange boots) and the gear was all I expected and more. Very good recommendations from them on the gear that suited my style of skiing. I wouldn’t go to any other place for ski equipment. Great service! And now bicycling season is up on us....! This bike shop knows how to take care of people. I have a 15 year old, odd bike, but they were able to get my bike in road worthy condition. Reasonably priced service, and good cushioned service.

(Full disclosure, I used to work in a couple top end bike shops in Vancouver, so I know good service. )

The Kundstadt mechanics brought my aging road bike back to life with an incredible full-tune, replacing key parts, sourcing missing parts and trueing a wheel. Really nice people and super service/communication. The bike is riding better than it has in years.

Excellent service! I highly recommend. They re-mounted my bindings, waxed and sharpened my skis while I waited. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable technicians. I will be back.

At the chelsea location - excellent service! Superb staff. Repairs are on point and turn around is fast. Definitly going to do all bike and ski related purchases there from.now on. Thanks to you all!
