Maxim was amazing helping me pick out a new set of boots and a number of other things.

Very experienced, knowledgable and was able to change the bindings on one of my skis, instead of me buying new skis.

Would highly recommend.

Our third time in here in the last 24 hours because of 3 separate bikes and 3 separate bike issues. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating.
In addition to expert bike service they’ve also gone above and beyond to help with local suggestions and directions.

What a tremendous place! Great shop with great selection and fantastic service. I was in town for work and decided to get a spontaneous training day in, and not only did they set me up very solid rental gear, but they also helped arrange rides for me to and from the trailhead. All the staff was great, but Steve deserves a special shout-out.

I needed some grips on a MTB trip and it was a great idea to stop by, I managed to find exactly what I was looking for (some lizard skins). The employees were super nice, and an all around nice experience

I have to hand it to this place, I popped my tube mid-run on the Skyline Trail by landing my front tire on a sexy rock. Had to walk the bike from that lookout point down the Camp Fortune ski hills. After flagging down a Brazilian cyclist who was driving his car up the mountain, he was nice enough to have racked my bike and offered to drive me to a nearby shop; he said this place was great. After he dropped me off I immediately encountered a fellow cyclist who was nice enough to help me out with the flat, teach me a thing or two, and rightfully call me an idiot (the reason i say rightfully call me an idiot is because this was my first time ever riding this bike on a trail, and also my first time riding Gatineau Park, I had no pump, spare tube, or patch kit. NOTHING. So yes I am an idiot but I just like riding and I think he noticed that.). Anyways after my preliminary servicing by this kind but frank stranger. I met Greg and his colleagues who were not only knowledgeable, but empathetic. They quickly inspected my tube, found the puncture and replaced it for a low cost in seconds. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST I WOULDNT HAVE MADE IT HOME WITHOUT YOUR HELP. They are genuine in their passionate service as my tube was not only replaced, but my brain was filled with new knowledge about servicing my bike, diagnosing a problem, and also a little history lesson about the surrounding areas.

Bottom line, its Greg Christies Ski and Bike or bust (literally though I had a busted tire). There is no other choice but this amazing shop for the novice to expert athlete. Cheers lads!

We rented bicycles from this place for a day. We were very early in the season so he built the bikes just for us. They were brand new and really good quality. Good brakes and gears. The owner was really friendly and flexible, going out of his way to help us. He knew a lot about the area and recommended routes for us to take. Great location close to parc de la Gatineau

Over the years, Greg and Glenn have given us first class biking support. They jumped in with tune-ups when my brother's cross-Canada group came through town. Glenn did an absolutely stunning job of fitting my wife to her Time-Trial Cervélo, and they got me through the replacement phase of two messy bike crashes. Everything in the shop is quality.

They saved me. My wheel got bent and the inner tube exploded 5 km into the woods, my car was far away, they changed my tire, wheel, inner tube and rim tape and trusted me to come later to pay. Wow that's rare! Love the fact that I was able to be in the repair section with the repairmen. Thank you!!! :)

Glen set me up with an amazing Madshus ski package. He used his experience coupled with the madshus Empower app to really get me something that suited the conditions I typically ski in. The skis are perfect, the boots are amazing and I could not be happier with the equipment selection. Tones of expertise at this shop.

Awesome customer service. Can't thank these guys enough. During our short trip to Ottawa, we decided to do cross country skiing in Gatineau. We did Uber to this rental place without knowing that there is no Uber in Quebec. But one of the guys there (Steve, a.k.a., Stevo) offered a ride back and forth to the park. Stevo was personable and friendly with a great sense of humor. They even hooked us up with other customer from Ottawa so that we could head back to our hotel in Ottawa. Thank you, Stevo and Greg again! We are back to TX safely.

Broke a derailleur cable at Champlain Lookout but was able to ride down to get all fixed up good as new in no time by Greg and his gang to keep riding. Much appreciated 🙏

Great local store. The technical guy is effective and charming. He knows his stuff. Very professional.

Needed some help for some headset bearings, these guys took some time to explain everything and went into specifics.
