This is a real nice hotel, the pillows were soft and comfortable. I wish I took a photo of its name, because I want two of those pillows for my personal bed. The room smells really nice from the time I opened the room door. My bed was clean and well made. Thank you Comfort Inn for everything. I do recommend a microwave in each room, that’s all.

Didn't expect with room complete amenities and respectful front desk staff. Overall experienced 5💫⭐, worth a comeback!

This hotel offers affordable stays in a renovated place in the downtown of Quebec City. I loved my room! It was modern, the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and the TV had many channels. Staff was friendly and eager to help us with any issue we had. We unfortunately didn’t have the time to check out the pool, but it looked very nice just like the rest of the hotel!

Very pleasant experience. Elegant and clean hotel. Love the 60s retro feel while being very clean and updated. The room's hard flooring rather than carpet give it an added feel of cleanliness. The staff is very warm, pleasent, and welcoming. Our next trip to Quebec City will be with these guys. Job well done.

Very nice comfy and modern hotel. Has all you need. Well located. Courteous staff - thank you! Mini fridge, coffee machine, swimming pool.. ice machine on floors and some vending machines here and there. Not my first visit here & not my last either.

Excellent hotel, very well maintained, staff ate awesome and greatly helpful. We well appreciated the help at any hours you might need it. We found a beautiful smile with staff at any level.

A nice hotel. Across from a mall. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is closed to many amenities like a mall , restaurants and gas stations. It is also 20min from the old Quebec city which makes it ideal for a visit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a pool which I used and is very refreshing especially during hot summers.

Very clean room, fantastic service, great breakfast, free parking, and close to everything.

Location isn't really ideal but if you are going by car it is worth it to save the money. It is close to a few restaurants which is ideal. Breakfast isn't included unfortunately. The rooms are quite modern and it's a quiet quaint hotel. Service was great. I wish they would put robes though.

Awesome hotel, great staff, sweet pool/amenities. Located near a few shopping malls. Reasonable price (when we went) especially for the service and quality you are getting.

My Togo hotel in Quebec, close to the shopping mall and many restaurants. I’ve been here for 2-3 times and the room is always clean. You can ask for room service at the front desk

Beautiful clean and very nice girl at the reception . The only thing is that we got a better price booking thru the apps then they the hotel directly . They have a free parking which is great . Some of the hotel floors are closed due to covid . They have strict covid mesures which is a good .

Nice rooms, friendly staff , and really clean washrooms. We stayed a night in the hotel and were impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Would come again :)

Great location near all local malls. Clean with air conditioning. Had a nice stay and will go back.
