I came to Best Buy place Laurier this morning for an HDMI cord, Ralph tshibanda (employee) was very nice, very patient helped me out and I had exactly what I needed within 5 mins. One of the best services that I’ve had in a while. Good job Ralph and thank you!

Great experience in store with console, PC and TV experiences as well as home equipments and phones. The service is great, got great services from their employees and the store is well structured, so it is easy to find your desired items. They have the most popular brand their too, such as Microsoft Surface, Google Home and Amazon Fire.

I always buy my electronic and phone in this place. The staff will listen to you without any pressure. Some phone will even come with gift cards up to 200$! The only thing I miss in this place is that the place is not big enough, so most of the big articles like freezer, fridges, stationary bike and so on are not in the store. You have to buy them online and some time it will not be exactly what you expect. I recently got a stationary bike and it was making too much noise, I have to return it; if I was able to try it in store , this will have save me time and effort of mounting a bike. But they accepted the return without any trouble. One last thing, best buy should think of removing the annual fees on their credit card. Most popular places like Canadian Tire, Tanguay etc. have card without annual fees. I know people that will not buy in Best Buy just because of that. But I recommend this place.

The best buy Boxing Day sales are totally worth it. The staff is nice and try their best to help you out. The online service and delivery are perfect, delivered to your door by Canada Post, and the products are amazingly the same as described!

It was my first time at Best Buy and must say: I cried... Yeah! Was so amazing having the guys asking me what's going on and they showed me the store and gave me an amazing best buy experience. Believe me. I had the best day of my life =)

Excellent place to buy some electronics. Guys there speak english too and are very friendly. They have a long variety of products. Good place if you need some support before buying anything new.

My fav pianists are by far Charlap Peterson Barron Krall Verve Universal Sung Hiromi among also Best Buy by far has the monopoly tech in the region
