This branch was extremely helpful in assisting me. I do not live in the city and during my visit I had a very important banking issue which needed addressing immediately. The branch manager himself attended to my concern and made certain that his staff advisor would promptly assist me. My experience was All positive! Terrible experience! they are selective! if they don't like your appearance they will not help you! they will treat you like a homeless people! the way they talked was so rude and not even willing to listen to your description of your needs!
