Fantastic store with lots of variety of items and often specials and discounts and sales with my VIP card also I get another discount. Often items unavailable at Home Depot can be found here. Flooring is often on Sale here , hardwood, vinyl plank, engineered and so on , ceramic tiles.

Its got very affordable camping, gardening, house fitting and tools for handy man. I would say prices ate cheaper than Ottawa cheapest Walmart on BBQ sets for picnic. This GrillSmith black was less than $90

I love this place because the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can find everything you should need for gardening and your household renos, appliances, lighting, wood products and much more.

Lots of fun in this time of season. Hot peppers in many varieties. Many plants to choose from.

I had a great experience at this location with a young lady named Rosalie. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even when her colleague was on break she took the time to help us find what we needed and was strong enough to help my husband lift a vanity box as well (I’m pregnant so i couldn’t help) thank you for the great service Rosalie.

Most things needed for home improvement, renovation, constructions, tools, power tools, fasteners, electrical devices, batteties are there. Been there many times over the years and they always had what I needed, since the store is well furnished and very large. There are often good rebates et promotions to save some bucks.

The customer service at this store is excellent!

A more niche store for anything related to renovations. I was here to browse the options for exterior house panels, and was impressed with the available options. It's nothing like Rona or Home Depot, like I mentioned earlier that the store is more into providing resources for core-renovations; flooring, panels, building something from scratch.

I like Reno Depot....an alternative to Home Depot. Building materials are often better priced and there are unique items you can't get at other stores. It can be a solitary experience, because staff will never speak to you... but that's a good thing because my French isn't that great.

French Rona is amazing. It’s open on different holidays from the Ontario side. Really helpful staff and great location.

Spectacular services and extremely good deals

I met a employee that I see every day for years. She's my nieghbor. We started talking and she was really helpful with the paint supplies I needed

Great prices. Amazing selection. A little out of my way but worth the drive. Countertops I wanted were in stock and 50% of the price in other stores.

I came here to get a plant, so I can't comment on the overall store but let me tell you, they have the best selection of indoor plants! Better than Rona and Canadian Tire. Staff are friendly too

Unlike the other big box hardware stores, Reno-depot is more oriented towards contractors or skilled home owners. With the possible exception of their greenhouse/garden supplies, most of what they sell is hardware in one form or the other.

Update:. They've installed self check out counters. Hate those things.

Place to find great deal

I go here all the time even though home depot is nearby. They don't have the the largest inventory of items however I seem to find more of what I need there and its usually decent quality for a good price.

Loved this place. The customer service lady helped me find was I needed , she walked with me in all the ailes I had to go to.

Better range and building supplies than the nearby stores. Reno, Rona and Lowe's are all one company now but this is a superior location.
