I am constantly impressed by this practice. The receptionist are always kind, friendly & efficient, whether on the phone or in person. I’ve had to use the walk in they offer their patients many times in the last few years with my young children and the doctors are incredible, even making sure young children are seen first. We are so grateful to be patients here, it made motherhood less stressful to know I have this competent, compassionate team there if we need them. Our family doctor, Dr Berst is so knowledgeable and amazing with children. Would give more than 5 starts if I could!

Given the amount of time per person and the coverage the Clinic offers for Thunder Bay & the surrounding area; my personal experience I’d say you get your problems solved within 1 to 2 visits maybe 3; of course depending on the situation too!
Plus you get to build a strong reliable relationship with your doctor & health team!

You can tell that everybody that currently works here truly loves their job. It is such a warm and happy atmosphere walking into this office. My parents and grandparents doctors retired and these wonderful women were so quick to find them new doctors and set everything up. I've recommended them to so many people and they've all said the same thing about the exceptional level of care and understanding from every member of this fabulous team. Keep up the amazing work!!!

I am a new patient to this clinic and the staff have made me feel very welcomed. The team at the clinic is a wonderful group of caring and compassionate people. The Dr's i have seen have been thorough and very kind. I feel very comfortable here and I would recommend it 100%.

Great team - I have been impressed!

I have been suffering with little to no answers for years. One ultrasound, and one appt is what it took for me to get an answer from Dr Powers. I'm grateful for that. Unfortunately the wait times for appts and surgeries are very long. It can be exhausting and frustrating.

Dr. Azad is the worst doctor. She is a pill pusher. She forgets to fax my documents 99% of the time, so I show up for blood work, and prescriptions that I can't get. I've booked appointments for 9am when they open and she's still 1.5 hours late for them. The worst doctor to have.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The ladies at the front desk gossiping about patients talking loudly about a ladies divorce . Getting them to do simple tasks like replaying to a fax took over a week. They just blamed my pharmacy but I can see how many times the pharmacy had faxed the office. Very unprofessional. I’m actually shocked at how rude Tammy was to me on the phone.

I'd give this place a zero if I could.

The front desk staff are always horsing around here -- you either get monotone "IDGAF about you" attitude either when you walk in or get phone calls from this place, or they're ignoring you completely and talking about vacation time. They can't do something as simple as spell an address right after multiple corrections were requested and when they say "we'll give you a call back" just call them back yourself. Don't waste your time AT ALL going here and find another doctor because the few doctors I've had to see here are just the WORST and are very unprofessional, lacking human empathy and lacking interpersonal skills.
Bunch of pill pushers. Don't like taking pills and feeling inhuman? Avoid this place entirely.

Very frustrating dealing with this squad of let-downs.
