We had a failing pressure tank that started leaking on the long weekend. Started calling several places that Tuesday, and was on a few 'call back' lists for those that I was able to get through to. The next day called Sure Flow - and was met by a friendly dispatcher, who took my info, and told me someone would be reaching out that afternoon. They did, and the issue was fixed that day. Great work, friendly, and did not leave a mess. The price was very reasonable as well. I will be calling here 1st next time.

The customer service I received from these guys was a breath of fresh air. I haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past but the two guys from Sure Flow were friendly and professional. They were able to clear up the clogged drain I had with little to no mess and things they had to move they put back. Glad I called them and they will be my first call next time for plumbing related issues.

The service was amazing and quick! Had a deep clog past the trap of my kitchen sink. In no time they flushed out the clog and fixed a small leak out drain had as well.
No mess was left and came in and wore slips over his feet. Price as as expected as well so no surprise as well. Definitely would recommend

I contacted Sure Flow on a recommendation and have used them twice. Both times the service was fantastic (Mack was dispatched both times, thanks Mack!). Once was for an emergency and the second for an unexpected repair. Response time was quick in both situations, and the work done was great. Would totally recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. I had a hot water heater issue, which then led to another issue, and Sure Flow came to the rescue. They stuck it out in horrible weather to ensure my issue was dealt with. Can't thank them enough.
I have since called to have them replace a couple of outside faucets. They came and completed the job very promptly.
They are very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't call anyone else for our plumbing needs.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while , my grandparents used this company for a issue at their home , Stephane racette responded to the request. he showed up quickly, ready to work in poor weather with a smile on his face. I am leaving a review because the service was extremely professional and the job was well done but beyond that Stephane was down to earth and chatted about fishing and his kids with my grandparents as he finished what he needed too .he made them feel good and they are still talking about him to this day . you have a employee on your hands , you should be proud of him and his service!! 10/10

The quick service and quality of the work Mack did for me was excellent. He was quick efficient and explained everything he had found. He even left the site cleaner then it was when he arrived. Would recommend and will definitely be contacting for any future needs!

I've been using Sure Flow for all of my plumbing needs at Montana's, as well as, my personal residence since Mark started the company. I find them to be incredibly reliable and easy to work with, and all around just a great team! Great service, messaged on a Sunday for a non-emergency and they were here Monday morning. Got the work done in an hour and cleaned up after themselves, can't recommend highly enough!
