These guys are awesome. After hours call twice at our business and both times they came right away and fixed the issues. Very grateful for Drain tech and their stellar service.

Highly Recommended, very professional and reliable service we received. Flat rate charge is win win. No surprise bills no matter how hard is the job. Our sink got clogged due to excess amount of dishwashing soap, oil, rice, flour and etc. It overflow and wet our flor and basement. Through recommendation, we found this company and the following day they came and fixed it in more than an hour. Great experienced we had.

DrainTech, more specifically Donald and Kevin, were absolutely, hands down the greatest men I have had the actual, legit, pleasure of dealing with in such unfortunate circumstances. I truly was wondering how I was going to make it through the week. With 5 people living here, that's a lot of water usage you don't realize (laundry, dishes, hand washing, toilets, etc) until the moment it makes you. Compassionate, kind, informative, efficient, knowledgeable, diligent and super easy going. I will never phone any one else but them....but I hope to never have too 🙂 Thank you Donald and Kevin!!!!

Excellent help with a recently frozen line from the extreme cold. Was able to give some tips over the phone which freed up the line without a service call. Highly recommend!

Had sewer back up in basement Donald Kevin came in with tools looked and found build up in city line and had tools to fix good service's

Terrible Customer Service. Talked to the owner,got a quote and booked it. Next day the invoice was a higher price!! Called and owner lied about price. Wouldn’t honor the price quoted on the phone.Threatening more charges if not paid immediately. Very dishonest people. Worst company I have ever delt with Don’t believe anything they say. Get it in writing. Or go elsewhere

Terrible customer service, no communication, they will come to your house unanounced and not even tell you, they will over charge you and charge for work not completed, and we chased them for months to get an invoice only to be over charged drastically! Would choose no stars but there is no option for that! Highly recommend shopping around. They were great at the first visit and then it all went down hill from there!!!

They do not answer the phone . And their voice-mail is full so cannot leave a message.
