I lived in one of the buildings for 6 years and I have to say that Karm was always really good to me. If something was broken he came and fixed it or replaced it right away and there were a few times where I needed help and Karm was always kind and helpful.

Even though we haven't been tenants of Karm for a few years now, he really helped us out in being a witness for some issues we were having with our previous insurance company. Karm Sidhu seems really nice at the beginning of working with him but don’t be fooled he’s a hustler and he’s a con man. We did everything we were supposed to do on move out day, cleaned, nothing was broken and we returned his keys.However, he kept lying to us that his office was going to send us a cheque to our new address but he never did.We contacted his office and they also never reached out. I think he is the “office.” He later blocked both our numbers. When we called him using other numbers he picked and told the same old lies asking us to send an email to some scam email.

Karm Sidhu you conned us of our hard earned $1000 but as you know karma. I hope it gets to you some day and you remember this $1000 you stole.
