I have had a Venus Freeze in my spa for many years now. It's wonderful to find a technology that does what it says it will do. My clients love how comfortable the treatments are. Best of all is the new Practice Enhancement Managers that are assigned to each account. They are committed to making the addition of a Venus Concept product a total success. I have had assistance with marketing, training new staff, product knowledge and sales. I highly recommend Venus Concept!

Just purchase the Venus Epileve device for my medspa in New-brunswick and it's a wonderfull technology. The process is clear, professional and smooth. Very good service and happy to have choose Venus concept.

We use the Venus Viva & Venus Freeze platforms from Venus Concept. Our clients are very happy with the results, and our clinic is able to offer these treatments with ease, and very little worry of liability. Would recommend to any medi-spa or medical laser clinics looking to add RF devices for the purpose of tightening reducing cellulite, body sculpting and contouring (freeze) and resurfacing, reducing redness and pigmentation and overall untagging (viva).

Great company for customer service and continuing ed. Lots of great marketing / advertising help. Like the machine we have from this company. My only negative is that every year, I have to call in and get a code to input before I can continue using the machine. I own the machine so this is an unnecessary inconvenience.

Quality issues. I bought Venus Versa four months ago and within these month we had experience problems with the IPL hand pieces four times. It has really take an impact on our business, we have clients scheduled and the device simply does not work. I had to drive to their office and pick up one time because they cannot ship it on time and we have scheduled clients. Now this time the SR580 is not working again, called on weekend and I was told the hand piece will arrive on Tuesday, still did not arrive. Called customer service and they told me the hand piece is in the US, they don't know when it will arrive. It is really frustrating. We can not keep canceling clients.

Worst company ever! I have received horrible customer service and support from Venus! I have been out of work many times due to their devices that break down so fast. I purchased warranty and was promised a loner machine if my device breaks down and i havent gotten that. Every part costs thousands of dollars. They take weeks to investigate. They dont call back even after leaving several messages. They charge over $2000 to have a technician inspect the device. The labour costs $3000. They treat everyone differently. I had my device damaged when it was at their warehouse. My device came back with blue ink on it due to the way they wrapped it up (i did not complain) i just cleaned it up myself. I was responsible for my own repairs when their technician told me to go ahead and replace the coolant in my device on my own (suddenly the calls that were recorded disappeared). The technician did not advice me that i shouldnt touch the device or do anything to it on my own. Now i have to pay $7500 to replace the screen that broke by accident. They fixed another customers screen for free but are not willing to do that for me while i have warranty. Had i known that this company is unprofessional and their devices have manufacture issues, i would have never purchased a device from them! They stress me out, i have not been able to work for months but i am up to date with all my payments!

After I couldn’t afford my device (my fault - not theirs), my business was drowning bc of this machine, and in an effort to save my business I had to make the tough decision to let go of the legacy I’ve already invested 30k in. I made several attempts to reach out for help, no one ever helped with launch event or anything other than a zoom call w some marketing ideas (thanks - I could have got that from YouTube)…. Lindsey (sales rep) left me high and dry after she got her commission never heard from her again - scheduled 2 calls and she ghosted me 2x… Then dealt with the cocky arrogant prick Salvatore P. @ corporation for account and every time we spoke he very rudely told me me I could sell my device to pay off my machine, then I found a buyer - yay (or so I thought) Dan K. was a new rep I was dealing who tried to trade in my machine but also give me no credit for my trade yet sell me a new machine just rolled over the old machine into something else that wasn’t affordable for my business - at least I saw that coming a mile away- he then agreed to help work the deal for me to sell my device - but thens STOLE my buyer! Basically someone from Venus contacted my buyer and talked her out of buying my like-new machine and scared her with 24K in recertification fees and and additional 10K for training…
Run from these vultures!
I have a Venus Legacy - check out Cool Sculpting instead - all your patients will recite the brand and you will sell 10x more. Every patient I had asked if this was like cool sculpting- wish I would have gone that route, probably would have paid off my device and been profitable rather defaulting (which I’ve never done before in my life)

I've experienced horrible customer service and support from Venus. I have had my Velocity unplugged for a couple weeks while my business moved locations. Turned it on at the new location to use and this error comes up on the screen. I contacted technical support to have the situation rectified. Technical support told me that a technician would have to come out to look at it and would cost me $2000! That is just for the service tech to come look at it. To me this seems like a software update or just resetting the internal digital clock. To charge that amount of money for a service call only is absurd!! The cost of any parts is an extra charge on top of the $2000!! Dr's don't even charge that for house calls. These machines are over $100k and the company follows up with poor customer support. If you are looking into purchasing a machine from Venus Concepts, I would suggest to shop around, especially when it comes to customer support.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. My Venus Epileve machine stopped working suddenly after having it for only 2 years. System error showed cooling malfunction. After reaching out I was informed it is $2000 for a technician to come out and TAKE A LOOK. Not fix, only to LOOK and let us know what the problem is. After reading reviews I see that they do this to everyone, the company is a complete scam. Also huge shoutout to their employees that are extremely rude entitled slow and don’t know how to do their jobs. I always wonder how people who work for such an unethical company can sleep at night. Venus will LIE to you about everything from the beginning up until the end of your term with them. Save yourself the headache. Their are much more ethical companies out there. While I’m here I’ll also mention that LU The sales rep is also a liar and a thief. He will give you false promises up until papers are signed. Trash company.

Worst company ever poor costumer service scammers as soon as they take your money you don’t hear anything from them… the device will never be paid off they charge you for warranty tons of money plus for pulses meaning you will be paying for their devices for the rest of your life !!!!

Worst company ever. I Bought few machines. All time we have problems. They have manufacture issues. Machines are broken every month. Very disappointed with Venus Concept. These machines are very expensive and after the warranty expires they charge you a fortune to send a technician when you need them, they are charging now 2.000.00 for a visit to do the same work or not to do. If you want to destroy your business , buy machine from Venus.

Very dessapointed with Venus Concept. These machines are very expensive and after the warranty expires they charge you a fortune to send a thechnician when you need them. On April 1, they charged me 250,00 plus tax for a thechnitian visit. Now July 14 they are charging me 2.000.00 for a visit to do the same work they did back in April. The desrespect and lack of empaty is extreemely visible. Pay for what they are charging you, or you'll have a machine stuck in a room and a list of costumers that you'll have to cancel for not been able to provide a service.

I don’t even know where to start, the first year I started working with this company all was good until my laser machine (venus velocity) after my warranty ended all of a sudden it started having problems, they charge 250$ plus tax just to have someone check the machine without doing anything, their technician don’t know what there doing 90% of the time. I have 3 systems with them and my venus freeze plus hasn’t been working for 5 months because they don’t care about their customers and won’t bother to call and keep you updated on what’s happening with your report, I had 3 technicians come in and try and fix this machine and each one tells me something different is wrong with the machine , finally after cussing them out and telling them I’m not paying my monthly payments they sent someone and fixed, they changed their whole accountant team apparently and they have been all over the place with payments and getting ahold of someone is so hard. All and all if you can avoid this company do so as there customers service is horrible and all they care about is making the sale and leaving you stranded
