I went into this location for an in-person appointment with the preconception that it would be such a stressful and time consuming process. It was the exact opposite and much thanks to Jack for making the process so smooth and fast! He was able to make changes to my account in less than 10 minutes, explained all the terms and conditions very thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. If you have the chance to have him as your financial advisor - you'll be in good hands!

I’ve never been to a TD branch location in all my years of banking with TD where from start to finish the staff were so kind assertive ,professional and levels of customer service exceeded the normal standards they went above and beyond to make sure the issues I was facing were resolved and I left feeling my money was safe and I was happy. The management staff Christian & Anoch (Cubix) down to the teller Sufia have made me want to continue my business with TD. As dealing with easy line via telephone was not easy at all!!!

Met Olinda Salilari to update mutural fund and very impressed her friendly excellent service to make everything smooth and easy to understand.
Happy to have 3569 Lakeshore branch as home bank.

It just so happened that I went to this location (as usually use Kipling location) and boy I was glad I did as there was a glitch wfor months with my account and Julie was great at the counter and had me on my way. Also needed a Line of Credit and usually I was declined however Natalya was great and pulled through for me. Great customer service.

The best experiences I’ve had are usually with TD, and this branch stands out... Or maybe it’s because this is my home branch, so I’m bias. :)

The staff almost always goes above and beyond. I feel safe going into the bank to withdraw money / deposit cash.

The only downside is the wait time, but it’s probably because there are a lot of retired individuals living in the area, which causes an influx of customers. I try to do as much as I can online.

They also have the Amazon Vault inside, although it’s been temporarily shut down during covid.

Not all two snowflakes are the same they say. I’d like to acknowledge Jeremiah he’s a awesome representative that works at this particular branch. He get’s the job done ✔

Also may I suggest to others please be more informed on the reviews that you post on this platform as a unpleasant experience may be associated to a particular staff members level of client satisfaction comprehension.

Fantastic customer service. I've been having a difficult time with a nearby branch that's closer to where I live and the staff here were professionals in finding not only a solution to the current situation but also helping me find a permanent solution to a related issue. I'll be heading to this branch for any in-person items I need to attend to in the future. Thank you again!

Always greeted and superb customer service. They could make the ATM area smell nicer, sometimes smells like piss from the drunks/homeless.
