The Nordic spa Mont Ste-Anne

This place is beautiful and the staff were amazing.
I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, spoke briefly with the front desk and decided to make a day of it. Admission to the spa was under $50 USD and included all of the amenities - 5 pools, spas and whirlpools, wet and dry saunas, locker room privileges, paddle boarding in their private pond, lounge chairs on the beautiful terrace, fresh towels and super soft robe. I even made time to sit back in the island gazebo with a book for a couple chapters. This place is about as peaceful and refreshing as one could hope for.
I lived it so much, I returned the next morning for a massage. If I’m gonna be honest, Michael was one of the best masseur I’ve had.
Next time, I’ll plan ahead and book one of the chalets. They’re all super charming and very modern looking with private patios and ample parking.

Under new ownership and a new name, the new owner of “Le Versant Mont Ste-Anne since December 2023 is working hard to ensure great customer service and to improve the the facilities to their former glory. Such a beautiful property!

I did not stay at the hotel and only at the spa.

The spa was awesome. We brought two kids just for the day, and it turned into one of our best experiences of the trip. Since we came on a Tuesday, we were the only ones there all morning. The spa isn't large, but it is incredibly peaceful and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing soak. The pools are really for soaking and relaxing, so don't expect a lap pool or swimming. If you don't want to soak, there are plenty of places to sit and read or just to observe the pond or nature. My son loved the paddle boarding (included), which we did inbetween soaking sessions. We didn't really use the sauna at all but it is available.

Loved the location to Mont St. Anne Nordic and downhill is 5 minutes away. The little toros that they rent are perfect and the spa is just fine after a day of skiing! After reading other reviews I think it’s fair to say that the place feels new and many things getting worked out in the process but we found everything easy and people very friendly! We found the chalet to be cozy and I would recommend slippers for inside as the floor can be cold but otherwise it heated up quickly and easily. There is a king bed and a sofa so I would recommend two adults with a child or two. Four adults might be arguing about who gets the comfortable king bed!

Had an amazing experience. Staff was able to communicate in more than just french,(we are anglophones,learning french) We tried the smoothie and the hot chocolate. Both where a nice mix of healty and luxury.

This place was great! It was very reasonable priced, clean, great amenities and personable customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Most relaxing day you can give yourself. Something to enjoy completely and remember for a long time.

On vient de réserver pour une 2 ieme années consécutives ! C'était trop cool la premiere fois ! Tout s'est bien passé! Le lit est super confortable ! Le chalet ne manquait de rien vraiment. Près des sentiers de Ski de Fond et de Fatbike ! Le chalet était super propre ! impeccable ! À notre gout ! ce sera un must à chaque année, minimum ! Probablement pour le Vélo de montagne aussi !

Juste un point négatif, mais qui ne mérite pas d enlever une étoile... genre de fuite d'eau sous le plancher flottant, oui, oui il flottait bien!
Sinon, poils de chien sur le sofa escamotable... quand on a ouvert celui-ci... full poil de chien. Mon épouse etant allergique j'en ai touché mot... ils ont passé le balai... mais pas nettoyer le sofa... je l'ai fait avec une débarbouillette trempe.

Sinon, on en avait parlé et les gens ont réagit rapidement et donnant un excellent service.

Sinon, dommage que le sauna humide etait fermée (bris)

Nous étions fin aout, en debut de semaine, donc pas réellement de menu Bistro à proprement dit. La demoiselle n'étant pas barmaid, a fait tout en son pouvoir pour nous faire nos drinks et... ça été paaaaarfait!

Les chambres sont grande spacieuse, beaucoup de rangement.

Cuisinette à four à induction hahaha quand tu le sais pas... tu cherches en titi comment faire marcher le tout hahaha

Kit à fondu, donc ça à donné des idées.

Parking privé.

Possibilité de faire un feu de camps (commun, mais sans frais ni rien).

Possibilité de faire du bbq, mais manque la brosse pour nettoyer la grille... ça me tentais pas réellement de me daire de la bouffe par dessus une grille crouté.

Possibilité de faire du paddle board, pédalo ainsi que location de vélo électrique.

Le spa est situer dans une aire relaxe conviant a la détente, lac privé avec beaucoup de chaise de repos et hamac.

Vraiment, malgré les points soulevés, rien ne méritait de faire descendre d'une étoile. Cea gens travaillent fort et, pas facile de trouver du staff par les temps qui courent et le cegep, ecole etc recommançait alors...

Nouvelle direction, propriétaire chaleureux et accueillant, les chalets sont top et le spa très agréable

Les plus petit chalet sont super propres et très confortables. De plus on peut amener notre chien. Floki a adoré son séjour. J’y retournerai assurément. Nous avons pris l’option Spa pour la fds et c’était très bien.
