My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service Dragos provided us. He spends whatever amount of time is needed to do the job properly. He takes the time to explain what he is doing. He is patient, courteous, professional, reliable and kind. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

I can't say enough about Dragos. He showed up the day after I called and got my stove working and came back the next week to install my dishwasher and doorbell. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would and for what I felt was a really reasonable price. I will use his services again and recommend him to anyone looking for a no hassles electrician

Dragos is exceptional, he is very knowledgeable and was so very patient as we were initially sold a defective transformer that had to be re-installed. We had the part replaced and it had to be re-installed. He is so polite and very flexible with his time. We will definitely contact him again in the future. We are very lucky to have found him and appreciate his talent.

Had an urgent request and he took time out of his busy day to solve my problem. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Electrique SBD Inc. on two separate occasions and both times Dragos was extremely pleasant and accommodating. He managed to fit me into his schedule much earlier than anticipated both times. He came to replace an outdoor plug, replace two old breakers and disconnect an outdoor lamp post from a junction box. Prices are extremely fair and I’ve had no issues with any of the work he has done. I feel confident recommending him to everyone I know.

Dragos is an absolute master electrician and legend. The man came to fix my electrical mast and restore my power on Christmas day and the next, working well into the night. Even before this, he helped me drag my generator through the snow and repaired it - and refused compensation. The man wasted no second of his time, dogged, determined, and focused on results. When you get old enough, owned a home long enough, you recognize those who go beyond and only bring excellence, experience, and profesionalism to your door. Cannot recommend enough.

First-rate service and expert work. Dragos saved me in a tough situation where a moving company destroyed my hydro mast on roof. Dragos did an excellent job, and even stayed after Hydro restored power to explain to me safety procedures with restarting power and taught me how to ensure well water pump would restart safely. I would highly recommend him and his company. An honest and top notch professional.

I recently purchased a portable génerator and wanted a connection to my electrical panel. , Mr Dan, provided a detailed quote for the work and carried out the work as indicated. In addition, he was very professional and provided a lot of good advice on how everything should work. Furthermore, we tested the generator and the new installation. THis was great work

Dragos operates under the highest quality standards and is very diligent in his work. I hired him to replace the electrical panels in my old house which is a challenging environment and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I found my go-to electrician for years to come.

Very satisfied. Have used them twice. Once for garage heater and more recently for a generator breakout panel/switch and remote plug. Using the generator setup now and ( during the power outages ) and it all works perfectly. Recommened.

We had to get a couple things completed such as installing light fixtures & closing off electrical connections in our basement. Dragos was extremely honest and communication with him was phenomenal. He called and texted us to update us on time, prices and anything else. He fixed problems we didn’t even know we had (he did show us before he fixed them, to make sure we approved) Above all this, he notified us about a wire that had caught on fire in the electrical panel and helped us figure out the issue. We can’t thank him enough for his diligence and professionalism. Thank you !

Simply one of the best electricians out there. Dragos was always on time and a step ahead of our other contractors. He is very clean, knowledgeable and friendly. It shows in his work that he takes pride with what he does. He upgraded our Hydro Panel and did our electrical for our pool installation. We will for sure use him again for our basement renovation. He is our ‘Go To’ electrician for sure. And his prices are extremely fair and he uses great quality products. We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice! I've had him do work at our place several times, excellent service every time. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why (making sure all work is up to code). Always shows up on time with a mask and he takes his time to do the work properly. Very very trustworthy person, I haven't use another electrician since.

Called to have our panel upgraded to 200 amp panel and install a pool pump & heater hook up, outside, to get our new pool working. Drago's takes the time to do safe, clean looking, and professional work. We highly recommend him!

Dragos was amazing! Called during Christmas holidays and he responded within hours… and arrived within hours. Even went to trouble to update me in his arrival time being slightly due to job he was on taking longer than anticipated.
Very courteous and adhered to Covid protocols. Work was done quickly and efficiently with full explanation of what scope it covered and suggestions for safety related upgrades at a later time. No BS or high pressure tactics - just sound advice.

I was very thankful to be able to get SBD Electrical to visit my home during the holidays as many I had called said they could not help me until the new year. With no power to part of my home and family coming to stay within 24 hours I was desperate for help. The service provided was excellent. His price was very competitive and he provided multiple examples of previous similar jobs. His work was thorough and professional. Cleaned up so well my basement was cleaner then when he arrived! Always polite, on time, and responded to all calls and text messages with very little delay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch electrician. The work he did for me was new elec panel, 220V to my shed, a pool hock up and grounding.

SBD installed a new electrical panel and hooked up all the equipment needed for my new pool. Explained in detail what work needed to be done. The job needed to be completed over 3 different days and he always showed up when he said he would, and never left a mess behind. Prices were great. In my opinion Dragos is the best electrician in Gatineau and an even better person. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

I called them Friday afternoon, the electrician came Monday morning. He is very professional and a nice guy. I was even brave enough to ask him to remove one of my ceiling lamp cover which I was unable to do so for years...good service, recommended.
