Have been a claim free customer for a few years. The price increase this year caused me to switch to a competitor that provided the same coverage for less (with the same good reputation).

What's the meaning of these whole bunch of agents even not comparable to an easy one-step automatic robotic agent. Wasted more than 40mins without even giving a simple quote. And the agents on the phone were so arrogant and ignorant that just collecting my personal information without sharing any quote information. Because of their incompetency they even cannot pull up a single quote. Did the quote online somewhere else. Agents here even were unable to compare with a single robot

I had a accident with my vehicle they recommended me to a dealership witch caused more damages to my vehicle. In the end Co operators sent someone who ended being friends with the manager at the dealership so in the end they had no intention being there for me as a customer never recommended this company to anyone. Glad for these reviews and I can expose their bad practice.

This is one of the worst company's to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. The agent is unprofessional and unresponsive. Not only does he not return our calls he ignores the gravity of the situation. Getting ready to escalate this to his supervisor.

If you're looking for a place where professionalism is absent and ego's flare on the phone, look no further than to deal woth the entitled agents they have working in the Outaouais Gatineau specifically. For a company called the co operators they don't co operate very much. If you're looking for good prices on insurance many other companies offered to insure me at about 30% less than co operators was willing to do. Make an informed decision and beware of Co Operators in the Gatineau branch.

Unprofessional workers, they don’t know how to speak with costumers. I was overcharged and threatened.

ils vont faire nimporte quoi pour pas vous indemniser. Vont vous faire passer pour des menteurs , vont vous envoyer des agents questionables, des faux experts. Compagnie d'arnaque. Gaspiller pas votre argent , il ya dautres compagnies qui peuvent vraiment vous aider.
