Excellent hotel! I strongly recommend it and I would definitely stay again! Location is excellent! Staff is very friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable! The restaurant was great, nice menu for food and wine! Breakfast was diverse and very delicious! 10 out of 10!

I love this hotel for its elegant simplicity and great location. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The ceilings are quite high in the bathroom of all places. Great room service, super friendly staff and amazing views from rooftop gym. I love this place.

Very good location, near centre and the lake. There are some Itau bikes close to it and a bicycle path which leads forward to the shore (great place to cycle as well). The rooms are quite good as well, good design; nothing to complain about cleaning and room service in general. However the snacks are really expensives. The restaurant has a great quality, not that much of options though. Really recommend the "Intercity salad". Nice cost benefit.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Lovely charming helpful staff that are happy to go the extra mile to please its clients and fabulous location in The Low City ( Cidade Baixa) with the most magnificent views of Porto Alegre whiwh are only surpassed by its 19th floor Restaurant/ Breakfast Room. Make sure you walk to the far left habd sude where the doirs behind white curtains will afford you almost unique 360 degrees views of this fantastic City.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities available. The breakfast is pretty good, lots of food. Rooms are also very clean! My only complain is that the smart TV did not connect to internet. A pity...

In my point of view, this hotel has a very good cost x benefit, with pretty low cost when compared with other hotel in the city but with a very good infrastructure such as gym and netflix/telecine on tv. The breakfest is very nice too.

This hotel is brand new, located in a place near downtown. It has a restaurant with a beautiful 360 view of the city. Rooms are really cosy and the staff very attentive.
