Terrible, dishonest company! Everything they said was a lie, from running their own tours (they don't) to securely storing our bags (they didn't). Our guide was unfriendly and gave bad information. He got drunk on the second day at 10am and abandoned us to sit around waiting for him for an hour at a sight where he told us we would spend 20 minutes. The car we were in was very old and dust would fill the car even when the windows were closed. The car also broke down twice. Food quantity was poor. And the last day our meal was disgusting

What a shame I wasn't looking at the reviews before I fell into this trap myself...
Making a long story short:
They lied to us, saying that we will be 6 people instead of 7, but far worse was the promise of seatbelts!! We got a jeep without seatbelts, even it was specifically significant for us.
We decided to move to a more reliable agency, but they wouldn't have return us the money. We had to involve the tourist police, that was helpful to some extent, but they had no moral issues with lying and deceiving them also.
Finally, after some hours of tension and arguements, we got almost all of our money back and went with a different agency for a cheaper price than that of this horrible agency demanded in the first place..

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.
Our driver was drunk. Drove very dangerously and we almost crashed and then my boyfriend had to drive instead. Before departure on this tour we were promised a refund if we received an unsafe driver (we had heard this type of thing could happen) - upon return the owner of the company refused to give us one and did not care that he had provided us with an unsafe driver. The owner did not believe us that our driver was drunk and refused to listen to our concerns.
In our convoy there were 3 cars, all of which had mechanical issues and many times we were waiting for the drivers to fix the vehicles. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Luis (the owner) catched us in the street, and we purchased from him the tour of sunset. his driver Daniel convinced us to buy from Luis the tour 3 days/2 nights to San Pedro.

Luis said: "you will sleep at Polques". He lied, we didnt.

Luis said: at the border you will be transferred to San Pedro. Well, yes... but we had to pay $10 each.

Luis said: I will return the money bu Western Union. He lied, he never did.

DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE THAN I DID !!! DON'T GO TO THIS AGENCY !!!
Worst agency ever, the guy handling the agency, Daniel, is a liar. He will promise a lot of things such as stars night, sleeping in a hostal of salt, visiting salt factory, ... but he won't keep his promises. There is a huge difference between what he sold us and the services we received. The agency and the guy are scams. BE VERY CAREFUL !!!

Company is a scam!

The second day of our tour our driver was drunk drove into a ditch and fell asleep at the wheel. Vehicles are unsafe and the agency boss makes empty promises.

Conducteur ivre, voitures dans un état catastrophique !

Une personne de notre groupe a du conduire la voiture pendant plusieurs heures parce que le conducteur était complètement ivre et avais gravement mis en danger la sécurité des passagers (il s’est endormi au volant et a conduit la voiture dans une tranchée).
Les voitures sont dans un état terrible : on a passé deux heures au milieu du désert car la voiture était en panne. Le boss de l’agence a réagi de manière très cholérique à notre réclamation refusant une récompense appropriée.
Même si le prix est attractif, il vaut bien la peine payer un peu plus pour un tour de meilleure qualité.

Carmen nous a vendu une excursion différentes des autres agences ; avec de vraies petits déjeuners, avec de la viande de lama, avec plus d'eau au lieu du Coca-Cola. Bref, elle nous a vendu du rêve en plus du tour en soit. Le carrosse c'est révélé être une citrouille : nous sommes partie avec une heure de retard après avoir été pluggé avec les groupes d'autres agences. Les promesses faites sur la qualité du tour n'ont pas été tenu. Seul le chauffeur/ guide Raoul était poli, sympa et accommodant. Cette agence fait des tours standard et tout discours différent est un mensonge. Je ne recommande pas.

Unfreundliche Guides und unsichere Fahrzeuge.
Wir haben eine 3-Tages Tour durch den Salar de Uyuni gemacht. Die Guides waren extrem unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Sogar betrunken ist ein Guide gefahren, insgesamt eine sehr rücksichtslose Agentur. Zusätzlich waren die verwendeten Autos in einem fürchterlichen Zustand. Mehrere male war der Motor defekt; Türen, Kofferräume und Fenster haben nicht funktioniert. Rückspiegel und andere Teile im Auto waren gebrochen. Die Sicherheit war absolut nicht gegeben. Zuletzt wurden auch einige Versprechungen bzgl. der Tour nicht gehalten. Bei Konfrontation zeigte sich das Management uneinsichtig. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Es werden leere Versprechungen gemacht, die am Ende nicht gehalten werden. Die gesamte Tour war komplett unorganisiert und die Fahrer unhöflich und unmotiviert. Schlimmer noch: einer der Fahrer war sogar während der Fahrt betrunken. Außerdem hatten wir während der gesamten Tour Angst mitten im Nirgendwo stehen zu bleiben, da die Autos komplett Schrott waren (z. B. Gesplitterte Windschutzscheibe, defekte Batterie)
Manchmal lohnt es sich ein Paar Euros mehr für Qualität und vor allem für Sicherheit auszugeben!!!

ESTAFADORES
Contratamos el tour de 3 noches en Uyuni. Dado que viajamos en bicicleta, convenimos que nos uniríamos al grupo en San Juan, en el hotel de sal "5 Mentarios". Al llegar al hospedaje en el día convenido, nos dicen que no habían reservas hechas. Al llamar a Wholesaler por teléfono, nos dijeron que habían tenido inconvenientes por los bloqueos y que al día siguiente podríamos unirnos a otro grupo.
Al día siguiente TAMPOCO APARECIO NADIE.
Tuvimos que volver a Uyuni para conseguir que nos devuelvan el dinero, y lo conseguimos poniendo la situación en conocimiento de la Policía Turística y amenazándolos con denunciarlos a la Embajada.
Aplazaron la entrega de dinero todo lo que pudieron, y cuando la efectuaron, lo hicieron en una total falta de respeto, queriendo que firmarámos el recibo de pago sin contar los billetes en frente nuestro.

No puedo creer que este lugar siga habilitado...

Pésima experiencia Luis personal de Wholesaler Travel Service nos abordo por la noche fuera del hospedaje e invitó a su oficina nos platicó de su “diferente y excelente servicio” total que nos convenció.
Al día siguiente empezó la pesadilla le pagamos todo el tour por tres días ya nos recibió de mal humor y nos hizo esperar en la oficina según a qué llegarán las dos parejas que viajarían con nosotros (nunca llegaron) y la camioneta que nos llevaría al salar.
Pasaron horas y no lo veíamos en acción salía a hablar con choferes e interactuaba con más señoras (vendedoras de tours) que están sobre la calle de restaurantes turísticos y su agencia.
Ya estábamos molestos por la impuntualidad y su desinterés mostrado, hasta que nos dijeron vayan a esa camioneta y ahí nos dejaron esperando con 4 personas más, sin recibirnos las mochilas, sin asignación de conductor, platicando con una chica nos comentó que ella salía el día anterior y también le quedaron mal (los regresaron a dormir a Uyuni no al hotel de sal que ofrecen)
Mas tarde nos cancelaron la salida, Luis y otra señora que por que no juntaron las 6 personas y que si queríamos salir pagáramos $b200 más por el tour de 4 días, a lo cual respondíamos que no teníamos por que adaptarnos a su ineficiencia y solicitamos el reembolso, la señora nos grito que no! nos regresarían nada!, Luis se disculpó y prometió la salida a la mañana siguiente y que confiáramos en el, nos fuimos y más tarde volvimos ya con la información necesaria para demandar, mientras llegaba mi pareja a un acuerdo con Luis se acercó otra turista con otra señora (sentada fuera de la agencia) y escuché que le pregunto muy molesta -¿ya tienes mi dinero o me voy a la policía?) me acerque a preguntarle si tenía un problema y efectivamente era el mismo que el nuestro, el incumplimiento de su salida y me invitó a juntarme con ella y sus amigos para ir a la policía, de inmediato le comenté a mi pareja para que Luis escuchara las medidas que tomaríamos y este negó que trabajaban juntos (siendo que la vimos entrar y salir de la agencia durante la mañana, abordando turistas)
Al final acordamos recoger nuestro dinero en el horario que él nos dio y afortunadamente si lo devolvió.

¡¡¡CUIDADO!!! NO CONTRATEN ESTA AGENCIA, te prometen un recorrido diferente a otras agencias, el vendedor Luis es un charlatán, el día de nuestro tour no tenia nada organizado, tuvimos que estar otra noche en Uyuni por qué no salimos el día que se había acordado. Ojo,trabaja con 2 o 3 Señoras que se encuentran en el centro por donde están los restaurantes (la encargada trae dientes de "Oro") Encontramos a otros visitantes de diferentes nacionalidades y tenían problemas con ellos, como por ejemplo que los devolvieron a Uyuni cuando tenían que dormir en el desierto, otros visitantes pedían que les devolvieran su dinero o amenazaban en dar a aviso a la policía, afortunadamente yo me di cuenta y de inmediato solicité mi devolución al vendedor. ¡PESIMO!

Aparte de engañarte con lo prometido,me ofreció guardar mi vehículo en su garaje,lo cual me pareció muy amable
Cómo se descompuso la vagoneta, tuvimos que volver a Uyuni y el tipejo este se encontrabapreso por manejar mi vehículo en esta de ebrediad

Tengan mucho cuidado I averigüen antes de tomar un tour en Uyuni
Lamentable al día siguiente tomamos otro tour y el chófer nos llevo a un promedio de velocidad de 20 km por hora y se volvió pesadisimo el viaje
Averiguar muy bien casi contrario serán estafados

Agencia y excursión de pésima calidad. Personal incompetente y desagradable.
