Minuteman Pizza

Amazing! 🤩🍕 One, if not THE best pizza we've had in South America! Cannot recommend this place enough. All three pizzas we ordered tasted so good! I also had warm cinnamon cider it was delicious, perfect for a cold night in Uyuni. The sizes are small or large but small is plenty for one person.

As you can see in the photo, we couldn’t wait to eat the pizza. We ordered the pesto and buffalo chicken. Food, beer and service were all great! Must-visit while you’re in Uyuni.

Best pizza/ restraunt spot in town for sure. Prices are definitely not cheap but the quality of food is top notch. Pizzas come in two sizes small or large, there are pastas, and other homemade breads. Two beers on tap, and a refrigerador full of cold drinks. The owner knows what he is doing, how to make an amazing pizza full of fresh toppings, and a lively pizza spot that has the service aspect well done. We had a group of 7 and easily got a table, where we filled our bellies. An amazing spot to socialize and have dinner.

The post tour tourist hub! Vegan options with incredible vegan cheese, I went back twice. The service is friendly and reasonably fast. Somewhere yo store your backpack as well. The ingredients is fresh and you have to try the sundried tomatoes, really recommend this treat

Pizza was so good that we went back the next day for second dinner. Highly recommend the Pesto Primavera, also cash only. I won't be forgetting that pizza anytime soon

Excellent pizza and nachos. Don’t skip dessert as the homemade cookies and cake are delicious. Family run, lovely vibe, a must visit while in Uyuni. Thanks for a great meal!

No visit to Uyuni is complete without a meal at Minuteman Pizza! It was already legendary when I first visited in 2006, and equally good 17 years later! Small 25cm pizzas cost around 50-60 bs, or large 45cm for 100-110 bs. So roughly Western prices, but worth it with homemade tomato sauce, pesto etc and homemade lemonade too! Located within a hotel, with a doorbell you'll need to ring first.

This great little restaurant inside the Tonito Hotel has the absolute best pizza in South America! The atmosphere is truly great and the owners are very friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend you to eat at this place when in Uyuni!

One of the best dish that we ate in Bolivia so far. Chris is a lovely person, the ambient of the place is really familiar. Quinoa beer is an awesome experience, and the limonade as well. Thanks guys

When i travel in Bolivia for saldor Uyuni, i think it was the best choice of the restaurants in that town.

This place is probably the best in the area. The couple running it, Is for sure!! The hotel and the restaurant are the place you want to be before/after your tour! Absolutely "The place to be" If you are not lucky enough to get a room ,make sure you try at least the restaurant!! There is no other way to explain the vibe ...,but to try!

Best pizza I have ever eaten! This restuarant and hotel is one of the best places I have had the pleasure of spending time at in Bolivia. Suzie and Chris are kind, welcoming and friendly owners that really show their care in the attention to detail. The vegetarian options are delicious! They have good quality wine on their menue. The morning breakfast is the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. No joke. Chris makes everything. Home made bread, home made jellys. There was fresh fruit, egg bites. Something for everyone, and if you were missing something I am sure he would find a way to make up for it. Thank you Chris and Suzie. Months later, I am still thinking about the positive experience you provided us with! I wish I could teleport there for breakfast right now!

Chris an his team were awesome. The pizza was great, his mood and service as well. We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and were really happy. Every day we got a fresh made breakfast, at dinner pizza and local beer. We are coming back.

Best pizza we've had in South America. New England style thin crust. Authentic Boston pizza. We ate there two nights in a row.

Great spot in a town that has a generally average culinary offering. Best pizza in latam. Super quick service and convivial host. Well done.

This was some of the best pizza I ate in my whole life. I had the spicy llama pizza which was a combination of tomato sauce, gooey cheese, shaved llama meat, basil pesto, and hot sauce. It was such a divine combination and the thin crust had so much flavour, was so light and airy. I'd fly back to Uyuni, Bolivia just for this pizza. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. I'm really glad they survived through covid!

Possibly one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff and amazing pizza’s…the dough is incredible. A real gem to find in Uyuni!

I got a design-your-own vegan pizza and he even had vegan cheese which was amazing! I tried it on half of the pizza as seen in the pic.
He also sun-dries his own tomatoes and they were the best I’ve ever had.
Would hiiighly recommend this place. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
It’s a bit tricky to find, you have to ring the buzzer for the hotel and they’ll let you in to go to the restaurant

Stumbled upon this place with my wife after returning from a long trip into the salt flats and what a treat! The establishment is run by a former manager of Antonio’s pizza in Amherst, Massachusetts!! For those of you who have been to Amherst, you know how legendary the pizza is. I personally went to UMASS and was shocked to find this place in the middle of the salt flat in Bolivia. The pizza did not disappoint - similar quality and a much needed comfort food after days of travel. Highly recommend stopping in here and trying the spicy alpaca.
