Great company to tour with. I went on a 3 day tour with them. One person at the agency spoke English. Rest are Spanish speaking. It was a great trip. The driver was very nice and friendly and drove well. The tour itself was very well organized and gave us plenty of time to absorb each place. The place of stay was very good. I upgraded to get my own personal room for $20 extra as I have never stayed in a hostel. Food was good too as I am a vegetarian they might not have read it anyways I am happy and I recommend. It’s cheapest than all other tour companies. I paid 820 Bolivians with a transfer to Chile.

I went on a 1 day tour of the salt flats with Stanley and i t was one of my best days yet since i started traveling. Highly recommend.

I did one day tour with in a group of 6 and it was amazing. Whole trip lasted about 9/10 hours. I chose the option with cacti island which I highly recommend. Tour included lunch and drinking wine and snacks by the lake during the sunset.

Despite the bad reviews, we booked a tour with this company because it was the cheapest we found (2800 bol for a private tour of 2 days in the Sud Lipez).
Everything was great. Hector was a safe driver and was very nice. He gave us a lot of interesting explanation. Food was good and the hotel more than average for Bolivia (they lit a little wood stove and gave us coffee and tea when we arrived. We had taken our sleeping bags with us because hotels are mostly unheated in the country). And the landscape was great of course!
The vehicle had a few small problems, repaired by the driver, but had safety belts.

I have read some bad opinions about Ripley Tour in Internet but, however I decided to trust the owner, Nina Oscar, and I bought 2 days excursion to Salar Uyuni. It was a very good decision. everything was excelent, the driver Enrique cared about the passangers, the meal was really good and the salt hotel - excelent! I had a single room. The program was very interesting and we received just what was promised. There are many tourists every day but only some of them has bad experience and they complain. Those who are satisfied dont put down their opinios. I can recommend the Ripley Tour and Maya Connection as good operators !

Un tour de 4 jours magnifique. Notre chauffeur (Edwin) était agréable, très prudent au volant et attentionné. Le programme était parfait, tant à propos des lieux visités que du rythme (pas trop rapide, bien le temps de profiter des paysages). Les repas étaient bons et les logements satisfaisants dans l’ensemble (non chauffés, donc très froid, mais c’est le cas partout). Le seul bémol serait peut-être que le chauffeur n’était pas vraiment un guide (peu de commentaires).
Superbe expérience, je recommande.

We booked our tour last minute because the one we've previously booked (with south american ecploor) never picked us up. In their agency they were super friendly and found us a tour with space to pick us up there. They even made us a discount.
The tour was nice. Of course they stopped for too long in the souvenir/artisan area but all the tours do.
The drivers were super nice. I think no provider has a real guide, they give you little pieces of information here and there and drive you around.
In our group the other people wanted to stay longer and see the stars and they were super flexible and did all they asked for. For us, it was great to stay longer.
Food was OK. They made pasta for the vegetarians. There was a lot.
Wear warm clothes!

In Uyuni the chances of tour in the Salar go wrong are high. And I was very concerned about this. Luckily I found Ripley tours and it was amazing. They had good prices, good cars and our guide (Armando I think) was just great. At the the last day he even took us to an extra place wich was incredible.

Nos gusto el tour de dos días que tuvimos. Los guías y conductores Serafín y Richard nos encantó.
En general todos fueron siempre muy amables y fue comodo.

El servicio no es malo en terminos generales el transporte está bien y la comida igual. Sin embargo, en el tour de un día se toman demasiado tiempo en Colchani (un lugar en donde solo venden artesanías) y en el hotel de sal (como 3h) y tan solo 20min en el lugar donde puedes tomarte fotos con el reflejo. Si es en época seca pues te va bien, pero si vas en época de lluvias es preferible tener más tiempo donde se ve el reflejo. Además, suelen dar tarifas diferentes así que pregunta a las demás personas del grupo si pagaron un precio distinto para que puedas reclamar y te devuelvan el dinero que te cobraron de más.

Contratamos este tour por recomendación de mis host del hostal.
Lo primero que comentar es que los conductores son conductores, no guías. No aprendimos absolutamente nada.
Hicimos el tour de tres días. El espectacular fue el primero.
Las camionetas no están es condiciones buenas. Son viejas y se nota. A la del grupo que salio con nosotros tuvo mucho problemas y hubo que esperar que los solucionen. Es realmente un peligro porque recorres muchos km el 2do y 3er día en el medio de la nada. También nos han hecho bajar en un tramo por el peso y peligro de que resbalen las ruedas. Caminamos en altura una pendiente enorme por esta razón, a pleno rayo del sol.
La comida de los tres días fue escasa.
Y los hospedajes no son buenos. No naturalicen pagar extra por papel higiénico o duchas.
Hay cosas que nos hay dicho al comprar el tour que luego no visitamos [lagunas altiplanicas].
En este sentido, por todo lo expuesto, considero que es un tour caro [128 dólares más agregados] por lo que después te ofrece. Realmente el que lo vale es el día uno.

We did a 2 day tour and the first day at the salt lakes was good (altough even here other groups seemed to have a better package). The second day was a total scam! We didn’t have enough time to see anything. We were told we would see Flamingos and weren’t informed that it was the migration time, so no (or very few) Flamingos. We weren’t told about the additional fee for the Thermals or the visit of the mining town. The worst part is that after this we tried to find an agreement with the woman who works for the company but she was very rude, unfriendly and didn’t show any comprehension. A partial refund was out of question, and she didn’t even apologize for the situation. She even tried to make the driver responsible although he did his best to show us all the different places.

It was aight. First day was chill. Bro seemed a bit shy didn’t explain much, just drove around. 2nd was not it. We didn’t see anything that was promised. However, we almost got to race with ostriches which would have made this review a 5 star.
