Cool cafe with real espresso with good beans. Priced well starting from BOL8 for an espresso. Nice interior with cool decorations. Has a fast wifi connection so it's definitely a plus! Staffs are super friendly with good English.

You girls rock! The coffee shop is stunning and your food and coffee top-notch. Really love the relaxed chill-out atmosphere and your music is excellent.

That place was exactly the calm & clean spot we needed during our stay in hectic and dusty Uyuni. The food was a kind of bolivian-western fusion and tasted very good for modest prices. Wlan was pretty fast and the staff was friendly.

It was cozy, warm, delicious, high speed wifi and having clean el bano! I love here. if you want to take some time before night flight, it will be best place but it's a little bit expensive than hostel.

For Uyuni standard this coffee shop is heaven on earth. The environment is an invitation for sitting and having a good coffee. Far from the dust or the cold weather (since it has a heater). The selection of coffee is really good and also it’s a bakery.

Excellent food, place and service. As of December 2020 make sure and call ahead due to covid restrictions.

Many places in uyuni are tourist traps... This one is NOT. Great breakfast!

We were brought by the tour agency to a typical rip off breakfast place. This place has fantastic breakfast and excellent service. They are trying to accommodate your wishes to the best of their abilities. Nice atmosphere too. Highly recommended

Great homemade food, juices and coffee. Plus decent free wifi. If you're looking for a reliable food option definately go to The Guardian Coffee Shop. We had freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade veggie chickpea burger, guacamole and chips. All were fantastic! Everything is reasonably priced too. Thanks!

I loooooved this cute coffe-shop! The staff is supersuperfriendly and kind! The warm brownie, coffee and freshly made ginger tea were all delicious:-) would stay here all the time!
