One of the best electronics stores in Europe. Excellent choice of products on display in very large showroom. Helpfull staff.

Really good service in this store. I bought an adaptor which unfortunately didn’t work for what it was purchased for. With the receipt, the staff were happy to refund the purchase without any problems at all. I went on to purchase a monitor and again the chap that served me was very helpful and ensured the item was working properly before completing the guarantee/warranty card. Would recommend. They also do online purchases and delivery.

They had what I needed at the price I wanted 😊 first class sale assistant.

This is the absolute top techno store in Burgas. EVERYTHING you need, be it, computers, cameras, TVs, home entertainment systems...whatever you want or need is available in this one great store.

The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient...and while English isn't widely spoken...they will try to find a staff member who speaks it a little.

Great prices and certainly worth checking out for those bargains that aren't available in the UK.

The best shop for tech

Yesterday we went to the shop to bye Kitchen Aid, we met Mariela who whose very kind and professional. We want to congratulate with her!

In complete contrast to the other technopolis the staff in this one are awesome.

Very helpful people are working there. Starting with the security guard, finishing at the cashiers.

Good quality products. Helpful staff who speak English and Bulgarian. Clean toilets.

I gave my projector for repair here. The lady was polite and kind. I hope the issue gets resolved soon
