Hotel Bulgaria Burgas

Pleasant modern hotel with a nice interior. Conveniently located for travel, close to the train station and bus station. Good place to stay and relax after journey. But it is far from the sea, which can be reached along the central pedestrian street of Burgas, passing near the hotel. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is a small gym and casino. The breakfasts are delicious with a variety of dishes.

Perfect hotel! Professional room service, very tasty food, good rooms equipped with everything. Worth casino with free drinks! Nice and helpful staff. Sunless pool and hot tub and never a rush or queue anywhere!

The only things we didn't like:
The food in the hotel restaurant (not the dining room)

And another thing, girls, bring your own shampoo because this shampoo dries your hair very, very much

The rooms are clean and nice with a view towards he sea.
there is a tv you can connect your phone to and YouTube. The breakfast was great, not so much the dinner. You only use the card to go to your floor and the.commont floors. Nice place overall. Would visit again.

Hotel Bulgaria is a cut above the rest, we chose this hotel for it's central location, we knew it had a refurb but we didn't expect it to be so fresh! The staff are polite and accommodating, the breakfast is well thought out and tasty, and the rooms are more than comfortable! I whole heartedly endorse this hotel!

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. It is in a great location and has many additional ammenities.

It is a great location that is perfect for exploring Burgas city center. Parking was available for free at the hotel and we never had any issues getting an open spot.

The breakfast in the hotel was amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it a 12 (*****). You can utilize the hotel bar and the piano bar located downstairs from the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Burgas.

Nice, cosy hotel with helpful, flexible staff. We arrived at 10am but we could check in and get a room. Delicious breakfast, great view, very good wellness.

Stunning hotel. One of the few I've stayed that are graded with 4 stars with actual 4 star experience.

The mattress is so good that I almost skipped breakfast.
Breakfast on the other hand is so good that I have remained speechless.

The reception is very polite and well prepared.

Location is perfect. The hotel has a great spa center, well equiped gym, jewelry stand,piano club and a casino inside the building.

Located in burgas town centre this is a very nice hotel beautifully presented staff are superb and friendly and helpful facilities include health spa fitness suite swimming pool and has its own bars and a nightclub and casino rooms are well equipped and nicely finished a very pleasant experience

The hotel is in an excellent location in the city center. The food at the restaurant is splendid, with lots of options to choose from, including vegetarian and vegan. If you have specific allergies, it will be good to notify the staff in advance. The rooms are clean. Two minor issues I have are: there are only 25 channels on the TV and there is no blanket provided in the room should you get cold in June.

The best choice in Burgas in a very good price. Kind staff, nice and clean rooms with perfect view and free parking. Spa center is very good. Located just in the heart of Burgas close to everything. The only negative is that they didn't change our bed sheets any time on a 3-day stay

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, right in the centre of Burgas with a sea and town view from the room I stayed in. 5 mins walk from the South bus station and the train station and post office. 10-15 mins walk from the beaches (maximum).

Breakfast had a big selection and I didn't seem them run out of anything - they constantly cleared away empty plates and refilled the buffet. Apple, orange and cherry juices available and an excellent selection of Greenfield teas, plus bean-to-cup Tchibo coffee machines making freshly ground coffee. Breakfast had sausages/frankfurters, fried/boiled/scrambled eggs, mushrooms, waffles or pancakes (depending on day), traditional Bulgarian breakfast items, hams, cheeses, yoghurt with fruits in syrup, pastries and breads with jams and honey, fresh fruit (including excellent melon and watermelon), muffins, mini cakes.

Staff were all really nice, including reception who were really friendly when I checked in late at night and when they changed big banknotes into small ones for me, when they arranged a breakfast bag for me for a day when I had to catch a train very early (they gave me two ham and cheese sandwiches, two pastries, water and an apple), and when they let me leave my luggage for 6 hours after checkout (in a locked luggage room).

The hotel was very clean and rooms were so well designed (for example they had night lights by the bed and in the bathroom so you don't wake your partner). The bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well even at 37C and there were USB sockets for charging by the bed. Good water pressure, good quality toiletries, the room had a shoe-shiner, shoe horn, sewing kit, dressing gown, additional duvets, shampoo, body wash, cotton pads and buds, shower cap.

The hotel's safety included guests needing to tap their room card inside the lift before choosing their floor.

Guests get a 10% discount for guests in the hotel's restaurant which I used a lot because the cooking and menu were so good (including their homemade lemonade).

I had no issues with this hotel at all and I'll definitely be coming back.

What did we like ... Everything ... the security guy was helpful in getting us parked, the entrance lobby modern and the reception staff welcoming, the rooms are modern and well appointed, the a la carte restaurant can boast a good menu and our table staff were helpful and friendly, and Sinatra's Piano Bar was the icing on the cake during our visit. We didn't get to use the spa facilities, but the breakfast was great, and both were included in the room rate. The lady looking after our room was extra friendly, but sadly, we didn't reward her as we should have, which we had intended. Great value!

Excellent hotel which is quite upmarket and right in the city centre neat all the shops. Staff are courteous and rooms spacious and clean. There is a well stocked minibar, though I couldn't find a price list for it.
The restaurant and bar have a very good selection and service. I didn't get to try out the spa but friends tell me it is the best in Burgas. Its about 15mins by taxi to the airport (under 20 lev) and reception will call you a taxi. Just be sure to wait by the road as your taxi will be taken very quickly if you don't jump in.

Exceeded my expectations. Very clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff which provided excellent service. Breakfast is pretty great as well, it's a nice buffet of your typical breakfast foods but it's definitely not just a piece of ham and potatoes like in some places. Location is right in the middle of the city where everything happens and it's a 10 min walk to the beach. Only negatives are no balconies in the rooms, parking is 15lv a day, and it's overall pricey but in the end it was all worth it. Will visit again!

Very nice hotel with high class services. The manager helped us to figure out the best package for the New Year and I have to thank all the staff for such a wonderful experience. The room very clean, with confortable bed and sea view was a real pleasure. A wide range and plenty of delicious Bulgarian food! I highly recommend!

Nice hotel at the city center. Everything was really good.

Pretty satisfied with our stay at Burgas Hotel.
The hotel room spacious, well iluminated, there was bathrobe in the room, as well amenities as shampoo etc.
The staff was helpful, there is a casino downstairs- as you are a guest you will receive a coupon for casino.
The breakfast was served from 7.30 to 10.30.
The swimmingpool and saunas also ok.
The only minus- there was towels missing at swimmingpool most of the time and you can buy water etc at the pool only paying directly ( they cannot charge your room which was strange...).
The dinner at the hotel restaurant no so pricey as for 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of Burgas, just 4 min walk to the Railway station and the Coach station and the Promenade. It cannot get better than that!
The rooms have been renovated and look modern and immaculate clean. There is a tea making station. The mini bar is well-stocked with plenty of drinks and treats. Beatiful sea views! Friendly staff. A lot to explore around, and plenty of shops and restaurants.
The prices they charge are reasonable.
We felt comfy and well looked after.
We shall definitely visit it again.

Great value, right in the middle of downtown Burgas, close to a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. The beach is also within walking distance (about a 15 minute walk to the central public beach) and so is the Marine Park - a must see.
Service in the hotel is great and the onsite restaurant and coffee shop are good value. Both vacationers and business travelers seem to use the hotel but it never seems crowded and kinda has a romantic feel about it.
