Despite loving the brand and its quality I feel necessary to to leave a 1-star review of this particular shop.

First of all, the saleswoman is not to be seen at the store at all. The establishment is closed almost permanently, working hours presented on its door are irrelevant.

15.08.23 we had to ask the salesman from an adjacent shop to call the P&S saleswoman so that we could access the store.

She came within 15 minutes visibly irritated already. No greetings, no appology, no interest in customers (us, in this case) demonstrated.

My mother, after trying 1 piece that unfortunately was too large for her, she carefully returned it to the shelf, intending to continue the search. Totally unprovoked, the saleswoman started shouting at my mother in Bulgarian, which, unfortunately, neither of us can speak. After a very unpleasant exchange in gestures, it turned out that, apparently, the piece my mother was trying, should've been returned to another shelf.

We decided to leave the store immediately, and while we were going towards the exit the saleswoman never stopped shouting.

After all those years visiting and making purchases at this P&S store in Bulgaria and always receiving a positive as well as helpful feedback from the staff I'm quite astonished to experience this kind of attitude.

I hope the owner reads my review and takes action since situations like this are obviously unacceptable.

I will try to contact the owner and file an official complaint.
