Tolles Hotel, tägliche Zimmer reinigung nettes Personal und niveauvolles Ambiente, keine Ballermann Gäste!
Das Essen etwas fettig, aber es war immer eine Alternative parat.
Insgesamt voll zufrieden. ..:-)

Bis auf das Essen, was aber trotzdem OK ist alles super. Ein Lob auch an das Entertainment.

Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung! Die Animation war super, Pools ebenso, Zimmer sauber, nur ein bisschen muffelig im Badezimmer, Personal freundlich und musste sich auch viel gefallen lassen von teilweise unmöglichem Benehmen einiger Gäste!

Schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal, besonders das Animationsteam war super. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Essen war auch überwiegend gut, nur leider teilweise kalt.

Schönes Hotel, leider trübt der spätere Blick die anfängliche Euphorie!

Negativ: Bett bretthart / Balkon mehr als klein / Sauberkeit typisch bulgarisch / Verpflegung keine 4* üblich! eintönig, oft kalt u zum Urlaubsende Durchfall ohne Ende! Lifeguard an den Pools ein Witz, den man übrigens leider nur bis 17Uhr benutzen darf danach wird gekärchert, um die Gäste vom Pool zu vertreiben oder die Putzfrauen mit richtig "Elan" den Dreck von links nach rechts wischen! Die Treppe ist lebensgefährlich zur Stadt u Beachvolleyball ist nicht vorhanden wie versprochen in einem richtigen Sommerurlaub! Zwar gibt es einen Hartplatz, aber wer sich nicht verletzen will, sollte keine Animation mitmachen. Der "Fitnessraum" der Hammer 3 Geräte mit Gewichten 2/3 defekt nur die Hantelbank nutzbar. Dreckig, alt u defekt!!! Die Eistruhe wird nur mittags nach Gefühl mal aufgeschlossen. Allerdings so wie diese aussah sollte diese eher gar nicht mehr serviert werden! Pimasol sollte sich umbenennen in die UNFREUNDLICHEN Hotels! Beim Essen entweder man hat drinnen Kantinenfeeling zur Auswahl sehr laut mit Kindergeschrei 2 wo lang oder man wird draußen zugequalmt von den ganzen Rauchern um einen drumherum. Animationsprogramm auch eintönig u die Abendshows, wenn man das so nennen kann echt richtig richtig mies. Ein Mix aus Bingo u Tanzshow wo die Gäste selbst ran müssen...

Am Strand nur Wasser/Bier/ Sekt mehr nicht für All In!!!

Zum positiven:
Teilweise saniert / Sauberkeit ok nicht gut aber hinnehmbar / günstiges Hotel / teils deutschsprachig / saubere Pools 6 stk u Relaxpool / Essen teilweise sogar richtig lecker kommt auf den Bock der Küche an Tipp 30min vor Ende wird aufgetafelt;) / Getränke ok leider begrenzte Auswahl / Strandliegen u Shuttle inklusive / WLAN überall guter Empfang nur 20-22Uhr etwas langsam / bewachte Pools / kein riesiges Hotel / gute Klimaanlage / Spabereich optischer Leckerbissen / Organisation ok / Schöner Blick

Fazit: wer günstig einen All In Urlaub machen möchte u kein Problem mit Geschrei u Eintönigkeit beim Essen hat u der sich eher ein 3* Hotel vorgestellt hat, der ist hier richtig. Für alle anderen die mehr wollten sollten, sollten wo anders buchen...!

The food was bearable but nothing to write home about. The beds left much to desire and had the tendency to fall apart. The staff had a hard time speaking English, making communication difficult. The window in my room simply fell off the wall which could have ended with broken bones. The AC has the strength of a sigh. The rooms were small and the walls were chipped and stained. Only good thing I can appreciate is the limitless free alcohol but even that was quite disgusting.

I have to say, it wasnt a pleasant experience, although i liked the entertainment staff (best part of the hotel imo), the reception was very poor, the room smelt like sweat upon entry, the window in the room fell on top of me when i i tried to open it and when i went to speak about it to the manager she was completely useless and instead had the audacity to give me sass after the incident, not to mention the technicians who were sent to fix the window drilled through the old holes in the window and put the window back as if it was all fixed (not exactly experts by the looks of things)
P.S we got no compensation for the the incident, instead the manager told us they cant cant us anything because nobody got hurt in the incident, implying that she doesnt care about the well being of her customers

They asked extra money for ,,dirty” towels. Also the workers were not as friendly as in the other European Hotels. Food wasn’t great either.

Kamer: kamer is wel oké, balkonnetje wel klein. Bedden liggen lekker. De badkamer, niet echt schoon. Putje verstopt met allemaal viezigheid water als je gedoucht hebt loopt pas na een uur weg. Mooie wastafel, grote spiegel. Afvoer van de wc lekt. Zwembad: Zwembad is goed mooi en best wel groot, lekker water. Ook nog binnenzwembad maar is altijd maar van half 9 tot 10 uur open. Restaurant: Dat is het slechtste van het hotel, eten is vies. Vlees wat nog rauw is, pasta waar nog harde stukjes in zitten. Vaak niet eens patat. En als er patat is is het slappe vette koude patat. Brood is vaak op en wordt niet bijgevuld. Bestek bijna altijd op. Altijd minimaal een kwartier in de rij staan voor het eten. Vaak de koffie op of frisdrank op. In de avond is bijna altijd alles op kwa frisdrank, sap, drank enzovoort. Animatie: De animatie is leuk, houdt je lekker bezig. Je verveelt je niet door hun. Super aardig zijn ze ook. Maar door het smerige eten vond ik dit niet echt een goede vakantie. Heb ook iets verkeerds gegeten waardoor ik nu steeds veel buikpijn heb.

Tragedia pod każdym względem, poprostu brak słów na temat tego hotelu. Najważniejszą sprawą jest jedzenie ktorego się jeść nie daje i odległość do plaży 300 metrów, bzdura normalną drogą że 3 kilometry albo 3000 schodów w dół i jesteś .Nie chcesz się denerwować nie jedź.

Pur si simplu un dezastru : nu marita 4 stele ;nici macar 3 -personalul execrabil,mizerabil nu te poate ajuta in nici o situatie -camerele sunt vechi( standard sau comfort ,mobila deasemenea,peretii sunt scrijeliti si aerul conditionat trebuie lasat 1 zi pentru a functiona -AM ACHIZITIONAT O CAMERA COMFORT CU VEDERE LA PARC (doar pt ca am negociat cu agentia sa primim o camera mare ,spatioasa de lux)Si ghiciti ce am primit : O CAMERA CU 12M/CUBI CU BAIE CAT JUMATATE DIN CAMERA.
Plus ca seiful este jos la receptie nu in camera cum ar fi trebuit sa fie-iar pentru a.ti depozita lucrurile de valoare trb chemat personalul
