Hotel "Kristal"

It was a spontaneous vacation. Nevertheless, the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Food, swimming pool, staff are on a big plus. The animators were great, but the morning stretching and Zumba with the very talented and smiling Sylvia were the best for me. The most comfort person I have ever met in my life. I could come back to the Kristal hotel many times just for these attractions!

We just completed an 8 day stay at this splendid hotel with top service and staff! We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to all families with children and more!

Me and my bulgarian wife and youngest son has just got home from this hotel. We are all amazed for its service and amazing food. Every meal was very delicious. We had all inclusive and and it was really worth it. This hotel has an amazing staff that makes sure that your stay is awesome. The have also a spa and fitnessroom with trainer that gets the hotels guests entertained. Its a short walk down to the beach. Approx 10 minutes walk in normal pace. When you get down to the beach you will find alot of small shops alongside before you get to the beach. And alot of restaurants that also serves you tasty food. In our opinion this hotel is awesome and we will most lightly return back to it next time we go to Bulgaria. We do really recomend it ❤❤❤🤩🤩🤩

The hotel is great, we stayed here for 12 days, the animation guy George and the bartender Psalm or something like that were the absolute highlight, the 2 really set the mood, so everyone who wants to go to the Golden Sands should take this hotel

Stanley and Slav are the best part of the hotel they always remember our drinks and always are very friendly. The animation team are very lovely as well.

Best place in Golden Sand's resort for a relaxing weekend or more away from the crowd and the noise. The cozy atmosphere whit all the things you need for a perfect vacation (SPA, massages, all day animation program, variety of food and drinks and so on)

Lovely place to stay, food and service great, just check your bed for springs ,they will give you back pain ,,fair do,s to staff they brought a memory foam top .

Nice experience, hotel is clean, food is fresh and tasty (all inclusive - every day you can eat beaf-fish-chicken-or pork, pizza, salads, pasta, etc, desserts - inclusive crepes,), clean and big pools, animators are available, Kids playgrounds. Thank you!

Nice location, all Golden Sands Resort is very "green" and nature friendly. The hotel is cleanthe food is good and plenty, the staff is very nice.

Everything about the hotel and the staff was perfect.
