I visited this shop to get a souvenir tattoo while visiting Bulgaria for the first time-- set up an appointment by my friend who lives here. The artist was Tedo and he was top class. Very respectful and a great personality- his professionalism is glowing and I see excellence all around in this fine gentleman who tattooed the martenista dolls on my right thigh. It was a painless experience and he knows how to pull lines well. Efficiency all around, the shop manager and owner and other staff were also very personable and superb. This should be your first choice shop when getting a tattoo!

Amazing place. Had the pleasure of having Valery as my artist. Very straightforward, tells you what will happen from A - B and any improvements on what you want, plus an absolutely fantastic artist!

I worked with Fortytwo (Valery) for two days straight. He gave me full fore arm sleeve and worked tirelessly with very little break time. The sleeve came out better than I imagined, I am really happy with his work and all his advice on the design. Will definitely recommend! Also shout out to his lovely wife for keeping us company 👍

So far, this has been the most incredible experience I’ve ever had when it comes to tattoos and the whole process behind making a tattoo. The level of professionalism could be seen only by having a look at the beautiful studio.
When it comes to the artists, there is no need to say how incredibly talented and passionate they are in the field.
My tattoo artist was Iveta and although she was not feeling quite well, she did the most amazing work, was super concentrated and gave her all, for which I am super thankful. No need to say that the tattoos turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. I just knew I made the right decision to go there and I’m definitely going back.

I've been getting tattoos at Ink Factory for years and have always had a positive experience. The studio is conveniently located in the center and heart of Sofia, is always clean, and has beautiful music and a good atmosphere. Personally, I have had over 14 tattoos done by Alexander, who is an outstanding professional and artist. Nevertheless, I have followed and seen the work of the rest of the crew, and everyone of those men has their own distinct and incredibly high-end sketching style. With nothing else on my mind but "Perfection," I wholeheartedly suggest the Ink Factory to anyone in love with the tattoo arts or searching for a place to start and have your first. I adore you guys and look forward to working on many more projects at your amazing place of arts and joy!

The team, responsiveness and everything was great. I contacted on short notice and they managed to squeeze me in. The tattoo artist Vanessa was so nice, patient and understanding. Plus her work is amazing! Super happy and would come back!! :))

I just walked in, and the owner, Ivet, was kind enough to squeeze me in between her appointments 🙃. I got a small colored tattoo, and SO happy about the results. It was my first and Ivet was really nice and patient about the whole thing.

I went to Ink Factory without a prior appointment for a fine line tattoo. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they made sure I'm aware how long the wait will be (which was 20-30 mins). Alexander did my tattoo and he gave me enough time to select the style and provided me with the means to do so! The final result is absolutely amazing.
I highly recommend the studio and the young artists working there! It won't be my last time visiting them.

Came here last minute without an appointment for a small (3-4cm) tattoo and walked out 30 minutes later very happy with exactly what I wanted. They speak English well and are very chill.

Alex is such a great artist and person. Very kind, understanding and his english is very good. I was able to effectively communicate with him and get exactly what I wanted. The place is extremely clean and everyone is very welcoming as well. Would recommend 10/10.

The best place for tattoos in Sofia! Great atmosphere, they play cool music, it’s very chill and you feel like home! I’ve got two tattoos done by Alex, he is extremely gentle, always asks if I’m okay, he was very patient with me while we were creating exactly what I wanted! The place is very clean and safe. Both of my tattoos are very small and feminine, my first one was done two years ago and it is still the quality is still the same. Heads up for those guys!

I went there to get my first tattoo ever. First I wanted small and not only did I show up an hour earlier, I also changed my mind and decided on something big. I met Maxim, who not only re-booked all his other appointments for the whole day but is also an amazing artist and a very kind hearted person. He worked on my tattoo for 7 hours straight. Maxim made sure that there was almost to no pain, that every detail is correct and on point but also put in his own creative style and mark into my tattoo.

The place is clean, very well kept and has a chill atmosphere. The rest of the crew was incredibly nice and helpful.

I not only got the tattoo I wanted but I also felt welcomed and if I was meeting a long time friend. Maxim treated me just as that and we had a blast.

The tattoo artist that tattooed me, Maxim was very careful and made sure I felt great the entire time. It was my first tattoo and it was a pleasant experience. He made sure to get all the details I liked into the tattoo.

I was lucky enough to get my dreamed tattoo there. And it really looks perfect. Thanks to Maxim, whose professionalism makes it all works in its best way. Will remember this day for a long time. I recommend this studio with both my hands and my heart.

My friend and I were tattooed by Aleks and let me tell you just how impressed we are. From the moment we got there, around half eleven, until we left, quarter to four, our artist was with us and was working. He did my friend's tattoos (altogether around two hours and a bit) with a 20 min break and then he did mine (which took around an hour) before he took a break. We communicated with him very well and he made sure we were satisfied throughout the appointment. My friend doesn't speak Bulgarian but there were absolutely no issues with communication.

My friend got 4 small tattoos (4-6cm each) for 200lv and I got 3 small tattoos (4-7cm each) for 180lv.

Overall, we're very happy with the service here and are definately planning on coming back for more.
