Hotel Fenix

My favourite hotel in Bulgaria. Family run. Food was not good last year as it was new people took over the restaurant. Staff amazingly friendly and always ready to help. Close to beach and shops. You can go self catering half board or bed & breakfast. I recommend the latter as it's cheap to eat out.

They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc...

Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food. The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find.

Downsides
The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor.

But for me that the only major issue they have, great holiday centre for young and old like me.

Fabulous hotel..we just got back on 12/8/18 after a brilliant holiday at this hotel...we stayed in room b1040a which was very spacious with a massive bed and ensuite and a lovely living room with a sofa bed and adjoining little washroom and a lovely big balcony...but the most fantastic thing was the superb view!! The hotel had a big pool but you have to go put yr towels down on the sunbeds from half 6 on a morning cos u wont get one if you dont!! Xx maybe it wont be as bad in middle or low season but it was so busy when we went!! We just did b+b so didnt really sample main meals just breakfast which was yr typical european brekkie.. very nice + hot! Location of hotel is spot on..right on the beach about 10 mins walk from centre. X loads of bars, shops and amenities on doorstep x highly recommend this hotel xx

the food was amazing the staff are all lovely and the pool is perfect size and the bar is amazing the ppl who work there are so nice can’t wait to go back

Very good hotel, location is excellent close to the beach and a short walk into the main part of resort, many really good restaurants and bars around you including traditional Bulgarian, hotel is spacious with friendly helpful staff and always very clean, food not fantastic but average hotel style and you wouldn't starve, sunbeds can get taken early but that's a issue with hotels all over the world but there's a massive grassed area you can lay towels on or just walk the 10mtrs to the massive sandy beach, would definitely recommend the Fenix

Best live music in this part of Sunny Beach. Good and tasty dishes in menu, fast service. I really like this place.

Nice and clean. Food could be better but we managed for the sake of 2 weeks. No entertainment at night

Pool bar is a fantastic area, Tina and Vanya are so customer focused.

Never stayed here but i always pop into other hotels when there to try there beers 🙈... well worth a visit always welcoming

Great hotel to stay in.. rooms and hotel where very clean..daily cleaners .. reception where very helpful when a friend became bitten bad with mosquito..have a doctor in the hotel.

This hotel is the best right in the centre book now u can walk right a round all the bars on the ball
