Small, easy to navigate, fast service, shops inside, ground floor- no busses. Good for pictures 📸

Quite a pleasant experience there almost every time. Easy to get there both by car and public transportation. Supermarket and beach nearby, bussines lounge as well, so it is always nice to spend some extra time there, if required. It can get quite crowded though sometimes in the high season. Highly recommended off season.

All right, with separate entry/exit for arrivals and departures, otherwise meets the standards of any airport in the world

Burgas is a small, well-maintained and organised Airport with an outdoor smoking and small play area.

Nice small airport, good selection of shops, not far to walk from check in desks to security and immigration then through small duty free the gates are there. Costa coffee McDonald's, Victoria's Secrets.

Nice small airport clse to the beach.
If you want to stay next to seaside and feel local life instead of going to the Sunny Beach the city of hotels then choose Sarafovo, where the airport is located.

Incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful employees and staff - who speak great English! The one who helped me explained the EU carry-on liquids rule better than I'd actually understood it until then - and helped me figure out that most of my toiletries were OK! :)

Much better customer service than any large US or UK airport for certain. I was impressed.

We flew from Manchester to Bourgas in July. I had a disabled persons ride from the tarmac to the airport. I found the facilities to meet my needs, very well looked after. Yes it was a busy airport as it was Summer Holiday but we got in and out of customs with no problems.

Was a bit hectic -many flights going in and out together- but calm happy staff doing their very best to help everyone - everywhere clean and tidy - and access to all services as required

Small airport. Staff working quickly but some people not nice. Restaurant, Bars, shops, seating place. To plane You going On bus

Due to our Autistic son we required a fast track service and they did not disappoint. We were met from the coach and taken straight to a private check in. Handed straight over to security for scans and border control. I kid you not from leaving the coach to being in duty free was 15 minutes. Superb service!

Small queue at passport control, which was dealt with most efficiently. Luggage also dealt with quickly

The museum of aviation is very interesting. Recommend to visit and enjoy it

Good clean airport ,quick bag pick up, immigration was quick too,can't they smile though.Pleanty of food out let's and a outside smoking area with a snack bar. Don't use pounds currency to purchase food at airport their exchange rate is high.

I like this place. Usually it's a good service and helpful people.
But last time , 10th of September 2022, Irish airlines Aer Lingus had computer glitch that stopped and canceled all the flights.
Airport has nothing to do with this.
So let's consider it like nice and comfortable place. One thing - I wish the prices in Cafe much less than they are

Nice little airport outside the city. Immigration was quick and the staff were friendly. Maybe because we landed late night.
Can't comment on places to eat as everything was shut.

Very efficient airport service. A small and very charming airport on the Black Sea coast. Even in the hottest heat, it is cool here. It is worth using this airport. Lots of places to eat and wait for your flight.

This airport is modern and updated a few years ago. There is an area for eating and snacks coffee etc but also a duplicate area in the open for those who smoke which includes a childrens play area to one side and viewing aircraft landing and taking off etc
