Redenka holiday club

It's surprisingly good. Very good place to hide from city heat. It was surreal when, in the silence of the morning, we hear nearby animal farm. So calming. The pool also has a warm part. Food is also a good level.

Our stay in Redenka was very nice. We stayed in a villa, and the conditions in this villa (number 14) were very good. There are 3 bedrooms with a different size, two bathrooms, down and up-with a bathtub. There is a private sauna, but you must pay it per hour. In the complex you can enjoy a Spa centre where you fill find a sauna, jacuzzi, a pool and a steam bath. Everything was clean (they clean the Spa every night).
In the villa you can also use a fireplace, but to enjoy it you must pay 25leva for the woods.
The all inclusive was very good in our opinion. For every breakfast and dinner they changed some food, desserts and fruits.
We’ve been 3 days and we tried different food. The food is Ok, not very special, but not bad! The service in the restaurant and the lobby is fine. They can improve and be more smiling and polite. The complex needs a restoration at all. It’s a good place, but needs to be maintained. The Spa is very small for all Hotel parts and 20+ villas. Maybe if they make a second Spa with a pool, will be super.
About the noise from the highway- we didn’t have this experience. It was quite and peaceful.

Left hotel very happy, the only issue we've observed was the quickly crowded queues in the restaurant due to cancelled open buffet service for breakfast and dinner however the professional polite manner of staff compensates it in every aspect. Pools are great, hot tubs are filled with mineral water. Location of the hotel is unique in terms of great view. Absolutely recommended!

Nice, warm inner pool, cleaning service was great and the food was delicious. Good for families with children and for a relaxing trip. The sauna and steam bath need some refurbishing.

Great hotel and unbelievably polite staff. Prices in the bar are just the best and overall great value for money. Great views of the mountain from the room. Also they offer free shuttle to the gondola lift. Full English is served with some banitsa as well.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

Visited this place now two times during the summer season and absolutely love it! The location is perfect for taking day trips hiking some of the most beautiful areas in the Bulgarian mountains. The appartments are nice but when you are with more than four people I would highly recommend considering trying a villa, the increase in comfort is definitely worth the costs.

We were 3 couples with 3 babies and we stayed at a 3 bedrom villa. We loved it because it was clean, warm, fully furnished with everything you might need and very spacious. The place is very kids-friendly with plenty of things to do. It is excellent value for money.

Enjoyed the stay there. Good hygiene, great food, pleasant working staff. The spa area is great also. The pools are clean and have warm water.

Best restaurant manager Mariana Usheva .I am very impressed by her polite and down to earth behaviour with her team first and with the guests itself.

Great local dishes in a super cozy environment with the burning fireplace. You should definitely try the kachamak and pork ears. Service was outstanding. Prices were also very reasonable, especially considering how close to Bansko the restaurant is.

We visited a bit off-season, beginning of october. The complex was calm, quiet and comfortable for both older and younger. The spa is well eqipped, rooms were clean and tidy. The views towars Pirin were remarkable.

We had a great time! The staff was nice and helpful, the grounds are nice and well kept. Pools are Perfect for the little ones...

We have been in redenka almost 2 weeks. Stayed in 3 bedroom villa with 4 little kids. Its a perfect place for families. U will get nice pools, great views, fresh air, big space.. it will be nice if all stuff will speak english and the house will have newer facilities in villa like new fridge, new curtains, pots... we enjoyed our stay and recommend for families who dont look for luxury resort...

It is a beautiful place really well made but I can still suggest renting a full house instead of the hotel rooms quiet and peacefully loaded with everything that you will need

Love it! Great service. A bit outdated furniture but it is alright for the price you pay. The pool is filled with mineral water that is changed every week. Too crowded in the weekends (which is typical) but just perfectly calm during week

Spotlessly clean accommodation at a reasonable price. Reception was exceptional very courteous and capable young lady. Excellent Spa facility.

Very nice place, for family vacation, or weekend getaway. Hot water in the pool and in free jacuzzi and sauna. Free parking and WiFi. Nice breakfast, plenty of food.
