Pirin Golf Hotel And Spa

I visited only for a drink in the lobby bar but I was impressed by everything: the beautiful atmosphere, the kind staff, the relaxing music. The fire place.I loved it!

Luxury hotel with good location if you want to skiing or mountain hiking.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bed mattress was incomparable.
The food in the restaurant was various and tasty.
The SPA center is too small compared with the hotel size.

The complex is very big. Many buildings and the main hotel one. You can come here with your dog, but no dogs allowed in the restaurant. It is like a town with free green areas to walk. It is very nice that you can take ski equipment for free while you are a guest. The ski place is big, and warm, with polite service. They keep your shoes warm while you are skiing. Tasty food in the restaurant. Good thermal area and pool. Free shuttle service to Bansko each hour.

The Hotel parts is very good and much better than the studios.

Everything is great. The spa, the food etc.
Ignore the people who complain, apparently they complain about everything in life

The rooms are very cold without enough heaters. The view is amazing

A hidden gem. Fantastic value for money. Empty golf course and attentive service, particularly from Hasi who we had a great laugh with having never met him before.

The overall experience was great. The main reception staff are very friendly and helpful! The restaurants are fairly priced with great service and child friendly! Definitely recommend a visit and stay!

Great location! Very serene, a place where you can actually chill. Service is very good and the facilities are nice and clean. Good size rooms, nice spa, but the thing which beats them all is the view. Didn’t try the golf course but it does look very good!

Unique atmosphere, excellent view, quick access to the mountains, clean air, lots of activities and great SPA center. Perfect for families. Ideal place to be for a memorable vacation. It's luxurious, but prices are reasonable. A bit understaffed or so it seems at least, but I guess that is understandable given the current situation.

I have been several times at the apartments, but this was my very first time staying at the hotel, and I can totally recommend it specially during cold season. The spa is huge with several saunas, indoor pool, and heated outdoor pool. Bedroom was cozy with a great bathroom. Breakfast was average, but overall very good stay.

Love this mountain hotel with good combination of wood and stone, because it is quiet and not overcrowded as many other places in Bansko, but as most of the hotels in Bulgaria, 5 stars hotel as facilities, and outlook compares to a 4 stars hotel in Europe, or in the rest of the world... We liked the big size of the room and the bed, it was nicely warm throughout the hotel, very nice amenities in the room, lovely mountains view from the balcony, very rich breakfast buffet, nice spa area, and massage therapists, but most of all, the service of the personell was great, excellent and deskreet hospitality!! Otherwise we found the hotel from outside looking a little bit worn, and not refreshed before the beginning of the winter season, it was a pity that most of the restaurants in the complex were empty, probably because they were overpriced. We have tried the Queen's pub, and we found it nothing special, with poor quality food, but great service... The rest of the restaurants were all empty in the evenings, so we didn't dare trying them, and we went to Bansko for all other dinners out. Actually we didn't book dinner buffet in the main restaurant, because we wanted to try the different restaurants, but we have remained disappointed for them being completely empty! We would love to see some more activities going on, we wanted to play snooker, but it was closed, the bars were always empty, so we had to drive to Bansko every night, in order to have dinner and some fun! All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we are considering of coming back!

Beautiful nature really enjoyed our family holiday. Great selection of food.,warm welcoming. Definitely will come again!

Excellent place !!! I'm staying here with 3 months old baby and I have everything for a pleasant holiday. The spa is great, the pool, and the out side hot pool. The whole complex is very large and it's great for walking among large quantity of trees. The parking is free if you are staying here and the city's Razlog and Bansko are on a 5 minutes drive. I will definitely come back here again...

Overall a very good complex to stay with your family. Only downside is that the food isn't what it used to be and the some of the buildings could use a bit more exterior maintenance

Excellent hotel overall, shuttle to and from Bansko ski resort, free ski equipment if you don't have any, clean room, nice food choices, pool, spa, sauna, outdoor thermal pool, awesome.
Only downside I can think of is that the room was bit cold. Staff could use some English skills aswell.

Great nature, beautiful mountains nice hotel and food. They can work some more on their service. In general quite good place. Nature is amazingly beautiful

The private villas are amazing. The view, the air, the piece and quiet. Squirrels and foxes running around. Loved it!
