Orbita Hotel

The hotel is amazing, both swimming pools are very good! It is really in the middle of Rila mountain. The rooms was the same as Vienna, Austria. Clean Air and complete silence during the night. The restaurant and the hotel itself has amazing view.
Two recommendation - put toaster on breakfast and work a bit more on massage part of the Spa procedures. And yes - the prices at the restaurant are a big higher than normal. 7 BGN for beer - ok, but 3 euro for one bottle of water (1 liter) - it is obviously overpriced.
Generally the hotel is pretty good, with polite staff and overall great place to stay!

One of the best Spa hotels we have ever visited! We enjoyed winter stay with 2yo kid, absolutely kid’s friendly, the staff is amazing, professional, kind, always ready to collaborate.the rooms are comfortable , cosy. The food. Oh my, the food… it was included in our package so I was not expecting this variety of tasteful, homemade meals. The Spa is super clean, new towels in every new visit. If we have the opportunity to travel in this direction again, for sure will stop by.

Spacious and clean room with large balcony and a great view. The staff was very polite, and the food in the restaurant is sooo tasty. Overall a very nice hotel.

One minor thing - the pillows could be more comfortable, and having an orthopedic pillow in the room would be great.

The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful. The staff is excellent and kind. Large and clean rooms. Very tasty food. Spa is delicious. We enjoyed 2 unforgettable days with 2 children. Thanks for a grate time! Best place for families.

As a guest who visits spa resorts in BG very often, I would highly recommend Orbita for your private and/or professional vacation/event and my rate is 10!

Very good plays in the mountain. The rooms are really big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a bit poor and the presentation of the food is really basic. The waiters are yank and helpful. Wheat small tach this place will be the best Spa resort.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The location is breathtaking, the rooms are sunny and all the windows are facing the mountain. The staff is extremely polite and professional. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The Spa area is also great.

I genuinely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are wonderful and service was great. The SPA was spotless. Furthermore, the quality of the food was amazing - great ingredients, traditional cooking and plenty of choice.

Little bit small but it had everything we need.
SPA:
The water was hot during winter and the only things they didnot have jacuzzi but the outside pool has amazing atmosphere.
Resturant:
Breakfast was really good and fresh
Dinner options are not much but all is fresh.
Overall I will be back there for sure :)

Awesome experience: we loved the spa, the food, and most of all - the customer service and genuine hospitality of the staff. Perfect for families with kids. We’ll be back again. Also, it’s a 4-star hotel, not 2-star as indicated in some places.

Great place , lovely experience, worth it to visit, the stuff working with a smile, big choice at breakfast and dinner, every place in the hotel and the spa center are clean and neat, we had problem with the car battery and the manager of the hotel helped us immediately, very happy with the hotel , planing to visit again at Winter time.

We've had our wedding in this magical place. Everything was perfect, to the smallest details. Sofia /the event manager/, oh, I can't even describe how amazing she is, so devoted to her work and clients, Mariana /their's decorator/, such an artist, with so many ideas and motivation to creates beauty. Everything that we've asked for, dreamed for, they did it. I would like to mention their's kitchen, every dish that we've tried was just perfect, even tho on the wedding they had to cook it for 170 people everything was served right on time, looked perfect and most importantly was delicious. I'm so so thankful that we've choose this place for our most important day.

I was there for a family event. The service was really good. The food was very tasty. The location is wonderful - away from the city noise on a quiet hill. With a lovely view.

Excellent place for a rest and fun. I also recommend the restaurant even though we got different service in 2 weeks period. I suggest that if you don't like anything talk to the manager. The pool is nice, but I prefer to stay away from it.

Great spa with just the perfect view. The food is excellent too. Definitely the best hotel in Blagoevgrad and one of the best in the region.
