We had a great time at the hotel. There is a large and warm indoor pool, a variety of saunas and heated beds. On the outside there are two warm pools with mineral water, one of which has an eclosure. There is a mineral jacuzzi outside, next to the warm pools. The door to the spa is very close to the pools, so there is no risk of catching a cold. The SPA was clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was tasty. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Oveall a great hotel and I highly recommend it for romantic vacations. It is not very kid friendly though. The pools are deep. The inside pool is 1.5m to 1.75m.

Things I did not like: The hotel is located 40 min walking distance from the city center. Only a gas station is near by if you want to buy some snacks. I did not like how our room was decorated. Although it was clean, it was very dark. Did not like the choice in color. The drain in the bathroom was almost completely clogged, so there was water everywhere. The first day, there was a family with kids which were extremely loud and although the staff made multiple warnings, they continued to act like monkeys. They even stole our robe. It was a good thing there was nothing valuable in it.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. It is very clean. The food was good. All the SPA services were also at a fine level.

It was very clean, the restaurant was nice as well as the SPA. The pools are with mineral water and good for swimming. It was very relaxing.

Cozy and relaxed atmosphere, staff with years of experience in the field who know how to take care of you and feel at home. The spa center is not big, but enough for the hotel's capacity, the pool is with warm mineral water (32-34°) and has enough saunas so that you don't have to wait. Good quality of the massage center. The outdoor swimming pools also have hot mineral water. Stylish restaurant with good food. Easy reached destination by a highway.

The place is a good value for money. The personnel is friendly, the spa center is small, but peaceful (I suggest going there early in the morning). The restaurant is nice, the meals are large and delicious. Overall, it's a great hotel for a relaxing weekend. Don't recommended it to people who seek a luxurious experience, though.

Our stay in this hotel was perfect! Clean and comfort room, clean big pool, jacuzzi with mineral water, great SPA center, big parking, professional and kind staff. The food was extremely delicious! We definately will go again!

The hotel has a truly mesmerizing garden and the outdoor pool is pretty nice and well maintained. It's a great place for a relaxing get away or for celebrating a special event. I would definitely fancy a nice romantic dinner there this summer! Just the though of enjoying my meal (food was pretty delicious) under the Blagoevgrad stars gets me pleasure chills :))) Summer 2016, come already!

We had really good time in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. We also really liked the food in the restaurant and the atmosphere. The SPA was really clean and nice.

A lovely place to stay. I am coming here for a third time and the spa center and the restaurant are lovely to stay. Good food and rooms. Kind employees. I do recommend it.

Very nice spa hotel - hot pools with good jets, and nice staff. Probably the best spa between Bansko and Sofia.
