We visited the hotel in August and had a wonderful stay. Very friendly and professional staff who is always ready to help and to give information.
Supernice breakfast and dinner with every day different choices. A variety of dishes with a nice balance between the local Bulgarian cuisine and world cuisine. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and when we go back to Golden Sands we will definitely stay there again.

We decided to travel for our holiday this summer to Bulgaria, Golden Sands for the first time. I want to say that the hotel we chose was over our expectations. The room has been very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room service has been done daily with bedsheets changed every 3 days. The balcony has got decent size with view towards the swimming pools and the sea. We received full inclusive which was amazing. The food is tasty, varied with good options to choose from. For lunch and dinner there are two types of soups to choose from (have enjoyed all of them) and different types if meats (chicken, pork, fish, even prawns one night.
They have included drinks for all inclusive such as 4 cocktails, local beer, wine, juices, coffee. Moreover, there is a wide selection of fruits and cakes. They have two outdoors swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. My five years old daughter really enjoyed the kids swimming pool. They have an animation team doing different activities both for kids and adults. At 11 o'clock there is Aqua gym in the pool which was a bonus for me.
The hotel is not in the first line near the beach, but can easily be accessed either by a short walk on the stairs (through the forest or Bendita Mare complex) or by their shuttle so for us it was a plus since it was far away from the noise of the resort.
To sum up we will recommend the place to our close friends and family. It was good value for money.

We were here two weeks ago and we are really agreeably supriesed about atmosphere, food and employyes that place.

!!!! Every day we have had a new menu for breakfast and diner but every time was the standard option for example screamble eggs or salads and a lot of option to eat a meat or vegetables .

Reception: very friendly and very helpful staff, they made us feel like we were home
Parkinglot: 15 leva/day is at the hotel, not in a remote location
Room: we had an upgrade from two room apartment to a studio. Big space, big dressing room, big balcony, big fully equipped bathroom, three beds and an extendable sofa, fridge, TV, big windows with a great view to the Black Sea, telephone, safe.
Cleening: every morning, the room was spotless.
Common areas: reception lobby offer a big waiting area with refreshments, wine water.
Restaurant: Very large dinning area, inside and outside near the pool.
Food: A rich, diverse and tasty dishes, you could find anything you want to eat and drink. Plenty of fruits
Drinks and refrements: Beer, wine (white, red and rose), cofee, tea, juice, still water.
Pool bar: opened between 11:00-17:00 with light food like pizza, donuts, ice cream, spirits, juices
Bar: spirits, juices, cofee, a large serving area.
Pool: there are two, a big pool and a kids pool.

Great 4 star hotel attracting predominantly Polish and Romanian tourists (families), which is pretty common for the whole Golden Sands Vacation Complex. As the recent approach is all hotels along the 3.5km sand strip are "All Inclusive" and this one is not any different. The hotel offers good value for the money: food, service, rooms and facilities are all great. It needs to be said that the food choices are abundant and the quality and variety are guaranteed. The Chef is consistent ensuring the daily menu is always new and with a sence of a home cooked meal. As this is a family oriented hotel guests' usual age is over 30 therefore the atmosphere is quite respectful. In terms of location one should note that the beach and the colourful boardwalk like shopping strip are actually a bit down hill from you. Due to the free shuttle service ends at 5pm it often requires 10-15min dedicated walk "from" and "to" the hotel. Altogether the stay is very satisfying and fun.
Note: internet is an issue as it's only available around front deck area (Level "-1") and corresponding location on main floor. Zero connectivity anywhere else.

Everything in this hotel is great; food,service,rooms and everything. except the fact that you have to walk like 10 minutes to go to the beach.
There was a mini disco for kids at 8
And at 9 they play bingo and other things..

It's a good 4 star hotel. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the food is actually very good. It has a big parking lot, which is not so common in that area. The staff is very nice.

Staff was impeccable, helpful and always ready to assist. Manager was the best. She was very knowledgeable and very attentive.
