The restaurant is amazing, great food and excellent service. Prices are adequate, with an average 50 Euro per person, without the wine.
The staff is as professional and polite, like if they just graduated tourism school, following all the etiquette rules yet, they are as friendly as a small town restaurant in Italy, with great humor and awesome recommendations for what to eat. Definitely will be coming back once I am in Sofia.

Definitely number one thing about this place is the breathtaking view. The service, food and atmosphere is also great. Classy restaurant with amazing view, the only negative is the price. Also it is an old-school classical restaurant with white tablecloths and waiters in costumes.
